Hotel was super clean and the room with fan was perfect for 2 x nights. Close walk to main streets and for tours to Canon del Sumidero. Laundry service was great and cheap too!

Walls are thin so was a bit noisy at night. Hotel staff have very limited English. Hotel up sold a day tour which was a bit naughty when in town it was cheaper, they were adamant we booked through them before we left for a walk around (where we would have booked for cheaper!).

Wifi for evey room, it worked great. People were great and kind, everything was very clean, hots showers, comfortable bed, good tv. Everything they offered they had. It is located at a great distance from two different combi stops that go by the airport (less than 10 min walk), and if you feel like going to local maketes or main square, it is within walking distance from those too.

Breakfast was great! So nice to be able to eat right there at the hotel. Location worked out fine for us. The shower had lots of hot water! Yeah! All the staff were wonderful, taking care of any request quickly. Diego was always at the desk, smiling, and so helpful.

Very good quality/price ratio hotel. Very clean room and bathroom. The bathroom was nicely sized with a large shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and the bed linens washed every day.

The private parking could be an issue if you've got a large car. Internet was a few time a bit slow when everyone was at night surfing the web.

For under $20 US / night. Clean, comfortable, breakfast available, friendly staff*, secure parking, large room, comfy bed, wifi 8/10, etc. What's not to like about Los Pinos ? *staff do their utmost best to communicate in English. Tuxtla GTZ is not a tourist destination, keep in mind.

Could use a speed control switch for fan, it's either full on or off. Pillows are cheap foam. MINOR stuff

Great quiet hotel, my room was really huge, very clean and comfortable. City centre is a short walk away, very near is also a bus station (minibus station) if you are planning to go to San Cristobal.

clean, fast wifi, hot shower, decent breakfast for 50 pesos, okay coffee for 15 pesos, small restaurant on premises open from 8 till 4 with decent affordable menu. Basic budget hotel that ticks all the basic travelers boxes.

Very clean. The hotel offers what you actually read in the booking portal. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also some wall paintings in the rooms which, in my opinion gives this hotel a plus compares to others.

Location wasn't the best, but it still suited me fine. The price could be ever so slightly cheaper. Wet bedroom floor upon checking into my room, but not the biggest deal, just waited outside room for 10 mins, relaxing, until dry.
