The pool was very nice and the suit room was very spacious. The gym was also very conveniently located on the same floor as us. However, when we first checked in, we had a regular room on ground level and asked to upgrade (suits weren’t available when booking) but before the upgrade we needed to ask the desk for a key to use. You can tell the different of being treated after upgrading. Made us feel very low.

The transportation. We were dropped off at Walmart and had to call when we finished to get picked up. Nobody answered the phone when we were finished and we had to take an Uber. They also wouldn’t pick us up at the airport because it was after 9. I suggest using an Uber every time. So much easier than trying to schedule time with the hotel.

So many things we enjoyed about this hotel, starting off with the entire staff. Plenty of staff throughout the property, all of them willing to help. The bell boy and transportation service provided was exceptional, absolutely amazing. Although there was some maintenance work being done during our stay, the property was always kept clean. The breakfast provided was always good. It is perfect walking distance to all of your consulate needs, plenty of good restaurants around the area. Very safe and secure location.

The laundry room could be bigger.

Consulate is just steps away from Hotel Mesaluna, the employees are kind and helpful specially the ladies that cleaned our room they were always friendly, the ladies that served our breakfast every morning for the 5 days we stayed at the Mesaluna, also the Hotel driver Alberto was really helpful and kind to take us to the Consulate due to my Mother disability. We thank the staff so much. God bless you all.

The only thing I probably didn't like was that the game room is a little bit expensive and that I cannot do my laundry when I need to but when they are able to schedule me to do it.

The staff was friendly upon arrival, especially Martin. The hotel was clean and constantly tended to. The food served was delicious. The staff always had a smile when giving us breakfast. The rooms were well planned and clean. Being close to the Consulate, great shopping and great restaurants nearby was a plus.

Our room faced the pool and though the weather did not permit the pool from being used, the music that was played daily, all day long (though no one was out there) was loud and was hard to tolerate while in ones room during the day.

The staff very kind

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but I would find a different system, I would stay on the first floor so the kitchen was on the other end of the pool and every morning I would be woken up by the loud carts where they would move the food into the cafeteria. Also feel like the first floor rooms need a door at the end of the hall way. Too much noise coming from the commons area all the way down. Can be heard from the rooms.

The staff was very professional and cortues. Always made feel very welcomed and was eager to resolve any questions or any issues you had. The breakfast was excellent, flavourful and great price. The proximity to the American Consulate, Medical Clinics, Biometrics and nearby plaza was perfect.

The pool area was under remodel which created dust and could not sit outside to enjoy the rest of the hotel

It’s very close to everything we needed for immigration purposes. The breakfast was great and the convenience of a shop and bistro made it easy for us to get anything we needed as we wanted it.

Hot water in the shower was not consistent and our time there included many long waits outside in 30-40 degree weather for immigration and would have been nice to warm up with a nice hot shower.

Location is perfect for the US Consulate. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you don’t even have to cross the street. Everything you need is essentially next door. The breakfast was also really delicious. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was also convenient.

Everything was excellent except for one thing, I will continue writing in the section below:

We did not appreciate the attitude of the servers when they are serving breakfast they serve tiny little servings and on-top of that they make it seem like they are going to keep the food or something when you ask for an item it almost seems as they were hiding it from you and get mad. Thats my only complaint other than that everything is was excellent.

Breakfast was always good and on time . We loved that it was cleaned all the time . Overall everything good .

When we got there early morning we had to wait from 7:00 am til 2:00 pm for the room available. We were really tired of traveling and we had to wait in the lobby. But I know this is how hotels work . Other than that perfect!!!
