I liked the staff they are very nice and polite, and the breakfast is different every morning. The rooms are like soundproof and is a very secure place to stay with security 24-7. Plus there's a taxi service and all the taxi drivers are very good people with affordable and reasonable prices. Plus there is a restaurant across about 1 min walking distance that is called La Nueva Central you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner as well, there's a lot to choose from the menu, one of my favorite restaurants when me and my wife stay at Ibis Hotel on 8-2-2022 thru 8-9-2022 for my wife's Visa Interview. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to medical exam in Servicios Medicos de la Frontera, the CAS, and your Visa Interview. Everything is literally in front of Ibis Hotel, best hotel for all of your appointments.

I liked the fact that all my business I had to take care of was within walking distance and the hotel had free wifi to further assist me with my paper work online.

I have zero complaints about my stay. The only thing I would say I disliked was the complementary water that the hotel offers for free. I think the water downstairs on the refill tasted a little bit salty. Other than that I would gladly reserve another room with ibis.

it’s very close to consulate, medical exams, and finger print locations all in walking distance. mall right across the street, plenty of taxis at hotel to take you to wherever you want to go, even to El Paso airport if needed. plenty of food places nearby, hotel even has a breakfast buffet for cheap.

would’ve been nice to have outlet in the room but not really a big deal there is one in the bathroom.

Someone got into our room and stole my US birth certificate out of all the birth certificates I had 4 of them weren’t US citizens and 2 were but one was a male and mine is Female and they only stole mine . I called the hotel and they made it seem like no biggie like if I misplaced it …. they’re on a closed folder very secured and only one is gone???? The only place I stayed.

I like the location, it was close to the places I have to go, the installations are beautiful, the service was great, don’t hear any noises in the room from the outside, so I sleep very well and the buffet they have for breakfast it’s delicious!

The closet location nearest to the US Embassy. If your looking for basic, very clean comfortable place to sleep this is it. The room was basic but the bed comfortable and was a pretty quiet place. Its also nearby a mall that has a movie theater, restaurants, etc. Abou 20 min from the airport. You can get a cab from here to the airport for $10USD (200 MXP)

The snack offering and coffee were not very good, and WI FI slow. Plan on having your meals outside the hotel. There also was no amenties with the room like shampoo which is basic to have. Only soap was available in a dispenser.

Gentle staff, breakfast so good, free internet service, luggage storage at lobby, good location for my convenience.

room size was small, I needed more light in my room, instead of mattress there was a small pad. The room doesn't have a safe deposit box it is only at front desk.

what I liked more it’s the location it’s very close to the us consulate and the medical clinics and close to restaurants where you can go and eat and still feel safe it’s like 3 minutes walking distance from the nueva central which is a good and decent place to eat they give you clean towels everyday and there’s taxis outside the hotel in case you need a ride

The reception people were very helpful and very nice. The housekeeping people were nice to.

The first day there was no hot water I took a shower at 5 am with cold water also the rooms are very small but I guess for what you are going it’s ok the beds are not comfortable that padding they have moves when you do. But the location is perfect.

Staff is very friendly, room was comfortable and staff did a great job making sure our room was cleaned daily and restocked. Location of the hotel is very close to the consulate, medical clinic, La nueva central Resturaunt is nearby and food is great and cheap! Also across the street from a mall. We stayed here roughly around 2-3 weeks & cannot thank the staff enough for being so great!
