The hotel facilities were very good, friendly and helpful staff when we arrived.

What needs to improve is the pre-arrival communications. I submitted several messages prior to our arrival which were not answered. In some cases, I just got our booking confirmed again but no reply to my queries. After we left the hotel, my wife realized that she left her sunglasses in the room, no. 715. She rang the hotel and asked if someone had found them. The lady on the phone said she would check and let us know. To this date, we have not had a reply!!! This left a very bad feeling about your hotel despite that fact that everything else was very good. Can you look into this for us??

During our stay in Leon, we chose HS Hottson as it was recommended as on of the top Hotels in Leon. It certainly exceeded our expectations although we chose an a package that included buffet breakfast and dinner and wine the service was excellent as you had a waiter ensuring you had everything you needed during the time you were in the dinning area, which may I add is a room made of glass and the furnishings here are of fine taste. The room and the mini bar was always fully stocked and the room was impeccable upon arrival and house cleaning comes in daily to freshen and restock. The staff here was always very attentive and courteous to one’s needs. The view from the pool is simply beautiful overlooking into the garden of a beautiful red Cathedral, it almost looks unreal. I highly recommend it!

I paid 350 for 2 nights i tought it was too much till i got to the hotel somehow i got a room in the top floor a jr suite with minibar, snacks and balcony plus I got free breakfast and dinner/snacks free beer and some cocktails defenetly worth it.

What bothered me about the hotel is that they were too focused on making sure we paid for everything upfront. We paid with a credit card through booking, but when we got there they forced us to pay upfront the entire stay and focused too much on making sure we had credit on our room service account. Also the card keys used in to get on the elevator and into my room kept failing. This was an issue for several people.

Big beautiful hotel with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a big name brand. Room was super comfortable with great beds, bedding, seating area, and comfortable desk for working. Great pool area, nice cafe and restaurant inside the hotel, and it was close to the bus station and leather shopping zone. I got a terrace room which was also nice, as long as the terrace doesn't face the from of the hotel/main road.

The first terrace room they put me in faced the front of the hotel, which was unbearable due to the traffic noise on the main road in front of the hotel. They moved me but I had to take a room with two queens instead of the king. During weekdays, the restaurant didn't serve "lunch" until after 1pm, but this is probably cultural so I just adapted my schedule.

cleanest, very modern, personal very helpful and pleasant. close to everything. good price for a 4 star hotel, seems like a 5 star.

my bathroom sink was getting clogged, but since I just stay a night I didn’t ask for it to be taken care of which I know would have.

The atmosphere was great, location and close proximity to my destinations, and the restaurant staff was courageous and the food was great

The pool was unheated. Nobody used it for that reason.

Great room! Really large and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also fantastic! The pool was good to escape the heat.
