The rooms and facilities are of a very high standard. The bed very comfy and the shower good. room quiet. Parking is included. You park outside, check in and get a card for you car and you park about 50m away.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel, the only thing to be aware of is that the area is quite run down. while the main square is to the right as you leave hotel, that’s also a run down area. however if you walk 5 mins to the left of hotel you reach a very nice square and then another 5 mins and you are in the very nice area around the Templo Expiatorio del Sagrado. So if you want nice restaurants etc, turn left when you exit hotel.

The friendly staff, clean room, the refrigerator was perfect for my insulin. We stayed on the main floor (room #4). Even though the breakfast area is on the 3rd level, they offered to our breakfast to our room. I don't know if this is the norm or because they saw that I used a cane.

The beds were hard. Our room had non-functional windows and felt humid after showering. The breakfast area is on the 3rd floor & no elevator.

The rooms, the decoration, the location, that it has AC, microwave and others in a well distributed room. The front desk personnel.

The included continental breakfast is poor, they don't serve black tea just coffee and some erbal teas. The quantities of butter and mermelade are minimal just for one toast!! Yogurt and granola are limited too...and that's it. It appears that there is no a comfortable space to work something better in the area where it is served.

Hotel is amazing for someone that is semi familiar with Leon and is looking for a quiet but close to downtown place to sleep. Not super fancy and no real added amenities. But then again that is good, no kids screaming in the pool or halls.

Free breakfast

The location was very close to Centro, many restaurants and shops. The area was very walkable and the hotel was easily assessed. I did not try the breakfast but I loved the fact that you could go to the restaurant or have it delivered to your room.

This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico. Perhaps it is the design or the ambience but we didn't hear the other guests at all. Nice not having the housekeeping crew making a lot of noise in the morning. The reception staff were all very nice and efficient..

Nothing. The room was actually nicer than the photos suggested.

Located just off the plaza, the hotel is convenient for exploring. The neighborhood is safe and bustling.

The room lighting was a little on the dark side. The room door key must be seated in the wall device to turn on the lights. This means your entering a dark room at night. We didn't appreciate that energy saving feature.

Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful building and facilities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Great location. Very good value for money.

Would have liked coffee in the room and both nights I was awoken by other guests in the corridor.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly, helpful and only a phone call away. The coffee during breakfast was amazing. Location was wonderful, hotel was very quiet

It had incredibly beautiful surroundings with flowers and plants and an atrium. Very relaxing and calming.
