Location was perfect.

The keys to open the rooms don't work normally and I had to go down to reception to activate it again, on more than one occasion (4 to be exact). And in the first night was roaches in the room. I have a video of it. For me this hotel it's overrated. And the guy in reception was very kind but it was lady black hair very rude.

Clean quiet, attractive, in central location, with very friendly, helpful and available staff, even with late arrival. Very pleased with accommodation of my cat and the conversations leading up to my stay. And, easy parking!!

One of the two beds had a very deep, loud squeak if touched, pushed, sat upon. Fortunately, I did not need to use it. Also, the floor and front of the shower was not clean—not thoroughly mopped so hair remained. I was very disappointed that there was no coffee in the lobby for guests.

Didn't like the assistant manager Ms. Guzman making false allegations as we were hopping from room to room with no evidence. We showed our paid overnight stay didn't seem to care. Key to a weight room where the equipment didn't work. Ms. Guzman alleged it was due to covid. Then why then give out the key to it?

I loved the kindness of the personnel, as well as the location.

The beds are uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The room was minimalistic but not in the way you'd like, it looked more like empty rather than mind-refreshing. A sofa and a coffee table would add up to it instead of having a chair at the en corner of the room where no one will sit.

I love the view from my suite It was amazing, especially at night 🌙

I didn't like my suite. The bathroom was kind of old. I dind think the price I paid was worth it My family rooms were much nicer then my suite. I was disappointed. I paid more then 400 dollars.

The Hotel is comfortable, clean and very well located. We where surprised by the amazing food they offer in the hotel restaurant, also great service. We really enjoyed our stay and sure will come back. The view from the Terrace Restaurant is amazing!

Some rooms are bit far from Wi-Fi, sometimes not getting good signal.

The breakfast was good & the location was convenient.

The power went out and the hotel did not have back up generators. With the power outage caused hot water heaters to not work so I had to shower my kids in cold water.

Love how close everything was to the hotel as far as stores food

The only bad thing was our AC didn't work and was leaking the entire time we were there 4 nights

Location is the greatest, in front of the main plaza. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The cleaning lady came into the room without knocking the door. Just a small mistake but that's the only thing I didn't like
