Guadalupe is a great neighborhood. Facilities were good and very comfortable. I really liked having a refrigerator and coffee for the morning plus access to a kitchen. Bed was super comfortable--I slept great! Staff (Juan) was friendly, cheerful, quick to respond to requests, and fun to talk with. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to reach when questions came up.

Room was smaller than expected, with not much sitting room, with a credenza instead of a desk (and not possible to use it as such). The room overlooked a courtyard but didn't have a view. For future, it would be great if the owner creates written instructions for getting the keys on arrival, using the room lockbox, and other information about the studio and neighborhood. WhatsApp messages are not easily searchable for instructions.

Very nice, small hotel at the edge of old town in easy walking distance. We very much liked the area, Guadeloupe, as it is less touristy. The owner contacted us before and was always reachable, excellent. He arranged for us to stay a bit longer in the room/hotel as our transport departed after check out, which we very much appreciated. There is a little communal kitchen, in case you wanted to cook. Plus a roof top terasse with nice views towards the old center. We very much liked our stay and would stay here again. Thanks a lot!

Eugenio's property has a lot of character. Travelled with my mom to San Miguel for 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. Eugenio couldn't have been more attentive and responsive before our stay. We felt our treatment was very personalised during and after our arrival and check out. To note that water pressure and hot water were great as we stayed in other places in El Bajío and they seemed to have issues with those things. Can't wait to visit again with my husband next time. We loved our stay at Nuno! Our room was cozy and comfortable with old style furniture and a lovely glass door looking out to a street view. We had access to the roof top patio where we could see the churches and parks in Centro. A lovely evening spot. We also had access to a very cute well equipped kitchen on the main floor that led out onto a patio with a fountain and plants. The location was great. Quiet yet close to Centro and San Miguel's other attractions. We walked everywhere. A few blocks away were some great trendy eateries. We felt very safe and secure while staying here.

We liked everything about Nuno.

The host was super friendly, everything is beautifully furnished, the kitchen, rooftops and garden are all great spaces

The room we stayed in wasn't actually pictured on the website. I'm sure we probably paid less so I don't mind having a smaller room, but it was a lot smaller than the other ones displayed so I think it should've been pictured as we may have reconsidered if we saw it. That being said, it was still a nice room

Great comfortable room and beds, warm showers and great WiFi small hotel with a few rooms, close to everything in a quiet street of SMA - the cafes and shops of Colonia Guadalupe only five minutes walk away. Central plaza about 10 minutes walk. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive when questions arise!

Location is great. Near the main square. Conveniently located at a hip neighbourhood of Guadalupe. Room is cozy and comfortable. interior is nicely decorated. Bed is nice and comfy. Hot water is hot. There is a common kitchen. A fridge in the room is a bonus, especially after a hot day out walking.

Eugenio very helpful, he answers messages quickly. Nice to have use of kitchen and utensils and there was a frig in my room. I also enjoyed roof top patio in the evening. Price very reasonable. Good location. About 20 minute walk to Centro.

Very friendly hosts and a beautiful room, kitchen, and rooftop patio. The location was convenient and central.

Unfortunately the yapping and howling dogs in the area were so loud at night that we did not sleep well except for the one night when it rained so they were all inside.

So cozy and comfy, only about a 10 min walk to the center. Felt like a traditional home and private

I was traveling solo so it wasn’t an issue for me but the room is small, I wouldn’t want to share it with another person
