Staff is super friendly, live music in the evenings was fun, room very comfortable, beach is gorgeous and clean.

There was a single line for check in, check out, money exchange or simply to ask a question. Line was out of control, at least 25 people. No property map available and reception didn’t offer pool, gym or restaurant hours. Had to inquire myself. Called about money exchange value, got one price, went downstairs to complete transaction and was then given a different price.

We had an oceanside view with two beds, and the view was absolutely amazing. The pool and adjacent area was kept pretty clean, and the mall directly across the street had plenty of restaurants and stores to wander into and around. The beach was gorgeous, even with more crowds than we had anticipated, and perfect for jogging, strolling or just people-watching while tanning. And the hotel is a quick 10-15 minute drive to the town of Zihuatanejo, a pleasant town that's much less "touristy" and more "real", as well as having some fantastic restaurants and it's own similar-but-different beaches.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent at its very best in our room on the fifth floor, although it was better in the lobby; we were using the free Wi-Fi plan that allows three simultaneously connected devices, it may be worth it to you to upgrade to the paid version. We had to check out pool towels instead of just being able to grab and go, which got a little annoying when you have to wait in a line for towels. The nightly entertainment sometimes goes to 11:30 and you'll probably be able to hear it from your room so be prepared for that.

We very much enjoyed the staff. We found them to be both welcoming and friendly. The grounds were very pleasant, and well looked after.

Our room was on the 3rd foor and as a result we heard the music every nite from downstairs. The next time we visit we will choose a room on the 8th floor or higher. The music was not as loud on these floors.

the staff in every facility were most helpful and happy to deal with you..very accommodating. great room and service. there was a miscommunication on my part but the hotel more than ,ade up for it and everything was fixed..

Breakfast was great, Pedro cooked awesome omelets! Nice pool, fun for kids, music and entertainment every night. Close to shops in town.

Had to be very diligent not to mix your pool towels up with others because they were numbered

The view is great, the room was in good condition, and the pool was very nice.

Without the all inclusive package, the price for drinks was kind of high but understandable.

Great location in Ixtapa across from restaurants and sports bars. A really great beach for walking.

The Wi-Fi is mediocre. If you don’t want to use a device by the pool, no issues. if you like that, you are not going to be very happy.

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly...particularly Azul, Josette and Carlos from the Animacion team. Check in/out was fast and efficient.Food at the buffet was repetitive, however the 2 dinners I had at Araciffe were excellent. The hotel is showing it's age and could use a facelift.

how nice the staff are and how helpful they are too. they always keep the place clean and masks are highly reinforced.

when I went to the gym, there were full of cockroaches just roaming around. I let the staff know about this issue.
