The hotel is spacious and located between two of the best beaches in Ixtapa: playa linda and playa quieta. The property and hotel rooms were beautiful . The best part of this hotel are the people that work here. They really treat you like family. They went out of their way to make sure I received anything I requested. We stayed for 16 day and never had any stomach or health issues. I give many thanks to the entire staff for making it a memorable vacation.

The view was amazing and also for an all inclusive it was not over crowded. They only have rooms with balcony with a king size bed but they brought as another bed for the kids. The food was good and we enjoyed our stay for 3 days. Could get water in bottles the whole day and even a good coffee or hot chocolate. Still a little bit to expensive for what you get compared to other stays we had this vacation. We loved the calmness and the better food but it’s at a price.

All the slides you see in the pictures are awesome but you can use it till 12 years old so you little one needs to go by her/him self because as a parent you can’t go. No big slide in any other pool for teens.

The staff everywhere in the resort was friendly. The outdoor facilities: pools, beach, etc. were all very nice. There were multiple buffet restaurants with staggered times, so never crowded.

Buffet food was just "good". Pretty much the same items at breakfast every day. Lunch an dinners also just "good", with few spicy or even flavorful dishes. Chafing dishes were more like a chow line.

we loved the food and the pool area as there was enough space for all and was really clean. staff at the restaurant area were so kind and helpful. our room was comfortable with a great view to the ocean so we could relax

sadly when we arrived the receptionist that’s did our check in was blaming us for not having information that the hotel did not provide 😔 instead of helping to find a solution so that was a bad impression. there were some night show’s announced but during our stay nothing happened and we really wanted to go.

Everything was so awesome, nothing was there which we can say was bad, everything was just perfect and very well managed, starting from the room comfort, bathroom, beds, cleanliness, ocean view, AC, bathtub, Pools, Foods, events , everything was so awesome and planned, Thanks to the management and I am surely going to Return

It was raining all 3 days. Having more umbrellas available would be better. Not all the activities were available. It is all inclusive but no drinks inside the fridge in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly.
