The room was spacious and it was easy to stay cool without the AC unit. The bathroom was very large. The bed was very clean and comfortable. TV in the bedroom was large and nice. The restaurant was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an airport taxi directly to the hotel, and the hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport.

Wifi could have been more stable.

All the Staff are very friendly. Excellent location. Good a/c in the bedroom. Roomy suites. Excellent price.

Difficult to contact front desk by phone. Bad restaurant service, and don't clean the tables after customers leave. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Staff is always very good & professional

The shower water will get cold very quickly, of course the staff. Was very helpful fixing the problem, but the water continued to get cold to sion. Other that. We always enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Space, the staff was great, really kind and helpful.

The fridge had something's from the person's staying before, in the bathroom there was some used soap and the bath courtain was riped, old and dirty. The microwave was missing.

The location is really good, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was really friendly and always willing to help you when you needed it.

The check in is slow compared to other places I've been. In the bathroom, the water got stuck in the sink and it took a little bit of time to flush

The staff is exceptionally attentive, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness in the room is great (the staff changes the towels and bed sheets everyday). Breakfast is decent (it is extra, but it comes in handy in case you need to leave the hotel early in the morning). The hotel is located near a public forest called Bosque Los Colomos (entrance is free) and it is perfect for running or walking (there are so many friendly squirrels!). The city center is fairly close by taxi (Uber) or Metro (the closest station is about 5 min by walking).

The pool schedule (it closes at 20:00 h, so I didn't have the chance to swim before that time).

Overall good stay!

Make sure to ask for Pool towels in advance I took my own and regretted it because there was no space for us around the pool so I used my towel in artificial grass and now it’s trash it was super super dirty from the wet floor

the clean rooms, the location and it was a very good price for the stay

the shower had a leak that went out to the wall and the towels were quite worn

Everything was excellent; check in, reception staff, friendly , customer focused, great experience! Swimming pool, nice surrounding, room with very nice bathroom. Restaurant I used many times in my 3 day stay and quality and staff are amazing. Will definitely return here when back in Guadalajara. Compliments how well this hotel is managed, specially the focus on customer service from staff!

The staff was very friendly and even though its location is not close to any touristic attractions, it's also not too far from some of the more interesting quarters in the city.

As I pointed out the location is not the most appropriate for tourists, though if you are driving a car it's also not the worst.
