The room was larger and more spacious than expected (we booked the room with two beds). The closet space was superb. Large stand up shower. The views from the 11th floor were nice. Also its located right across the street from plenty of really nice food options, an oxxo and a Santander ATM. Cant ask for much more than that.

The AC unit was initially a bit loud but surprisingly we slept through it without much problem but consider bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The pillows were a tad soft.

The view on the 23 Floor was nice

They could upgrade there tv systems , Were you could use the Smart Tv Features

Nice comfortable place to stay close to everything.

The sink faucet was a little wobbly, had a couple loose tile on the floor, the shower could have been 5 degrees hotter but in general, it’s a really nice place.

The property was in a great location. There were many restaurants and a store in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. We enjoyed the view of the city from the 11th floor.

Lovely hotel; rooms were great. Unfortunately we had a very noisy air conditioner (sounded like a jet landing and taking off), but other than that it was just fine. Restaurant is fine for "quick foods" not a special dinner.

Everything was perfect. They really made me feel at home away from home. Very friendly staff. The restaurant staff was amazing.

they have a club part of property, and since 1:30am music could be heard and felt the vibrations in room and bed, annoying to say the least.

night club at the entrance was to loud at night we stayed in the 16th floor and we heard the bump-bump/music at night

Great staff, clean and spacious room and good breakfast! Good room service to send meals to the room, important at this pandemic periods. Staff will greet you every time you are back. I stay here like 3 weeks. It's indeed a value at this price and service level. It's sourrounded by restaurants across streets, very convenient.

If you are looking at shopping and lots of activities, maybe not the place to choose. However didi is cheap so not a problem overall to go to other places.

Location was superb and staff was very good.

Breakfast could have more options for a vegetarian.
