HS HOTSSON Hotel Guadalajara Country Club

The room was larger and more spacious than expected (we booked the room with two beds). The closet space was superb. Large stand up shower. The views from the 11th floor were nice. Also its located right across the street from plenty of really nice food options, an oxxo and a Santander ATM. Cant ask for much more than that.

The AC unit was initially a bit loud but surprisingly we slept through it without much problem but consider bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The pillows were a tad soft.

The property was in a great location. There were many restaurants and a store in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. We enjoyed the view of the city from the 11th floor.

Lovely hotel; rooms were great. Unfortunately we had a very noisy air conditioner (sounded like a jet landing and taking off), but other than that it was just fine. Restaurant is fine for "quick foods" not a special dinner.

Everything was perfect. They really made me feel at home away from home. Very friendly staff. The restaurant staff was amazing.

Great staff, clean and spacious room and good breakfast! Good room service to send meals to the room, important at this pandemic periods. Staff will greet you every time you are back. I stay here like 3 weeks. It's indeed a value at this price and service level. It's sourrounded by restaurants across streets, very convenient.

If you are looking at shopping and lots of activities, maybe not the place to choose. However didi is cheap so not a problem overall to go to other places.

they have a club part of property, and since 1:30am music could be heard and felt the vibrations in room and bed, annoying to say the least.

buffet was great and very friendly staff awesome location

night club at the entrance was to loud at night we stayed in the 16th floor and we heard the bump-bump/music at night

Everything was great, STAFF was excellent AND the club within the facility was GREAT for my friend and I who wanted to have a good time without having to go out into town.

I wasn’t notified my reservation included breakfast at check-in until my third morning when I called to have room service.

It used to be the Aloft Hotel, it was way better then, but overall if you need a place for just spend the night and don't want to pay much more than necessary, this is a good option.

The place is terribly dirty, the floors, the sheets, the covers, it looks like they don't clean or change sheets until it's absolutely needed, shame on the manager.

Loved the location! The hotel was new and clean and the staff was all around amazing. They were supper accommodating and I felt they took a lot of measures to keep everything COVID free. Thanks for an amazing stay! 🤗

I got a suite for one night and then a regular room for 4 nights. The suite had a little issue where we couldn’t open a side of the blinds.
