Clean, safe, lots of places to eat and shop.

High prices. Important people stay and eat in this hotel so if you ain’t got rich people money it did seem that treat you based on how you look and what drive. Kids here are wearing Gucci, ect s. Save your polo shirts for another place because you will stand out as a really low person . Many times the cleaning lady did not fully clean our bedroom and we had to request towels more than once we felt we were treated differently because we didn’t leave large tips

noisy fan outside on the roof of a neighbour building is annoying . very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep if you facing it and open a window

The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful the amenities were the best.

Front desk should be a little more knowledgeable, we asked about the car services and they didn’t know and didn’t advise us to talk to the guys outside, and we asked where we could exchange money or pull money and they didn’t mention they had an ATM on site. Other then those minor things we loved the hotel so much.

Rooms are beautifully designed with the environmental impact considered. Great space and feeling. Very comfortable. Club level was excellent.

Restaurants very noisy with loud music. Terrible coffee.

Staff is super nice and solves any issue that you may have, food at the restaurant was really good and the bedroom was exceptionally clean and with good space distribution.

They had issues finding my Booking reservation in their system but got solved with the number of reservation.

The hotel starts on the first floor which can be reached very easily. Perfect checkin, friendly staff. The breakfast is second to none. Fresh juices, veagan, bread, Mexican, Continental, omelets you name it. Very close to shopping center and lots of restaurants.

The swimming pool is indoor. At least covered in the building with an open side.

I was very happy with our 5 night stay. our rooms were cleaned everyday. We were right in the center of all the restaurants and walking distance to the luxury mall. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxury stay and close to it all.

It has the perfect location, next to a five star shopping mall, the best restaurants, bowling near by, all of the staff was wonderful and friendly and very professional, thank you for an amazing stay!

The reason I said not ideal for a romantic occasion is the same reason I didn’t give a 5* rating. The room(s) across the hallway were inhabited by a family. Doors opened and closed repeatedly - with a slam! The children yelled and screamed and cried from about 9:00 pm to well after 12:30....12:45 a.m. The mother started yelling at the kids, which made them scream more, then the father started either yelling at the mother or at the children. A hotel staff member came to ask them to be quiet but just after he left they started again. I was there because I had eye surgery and decided to treat myself to a nice stay in a nice hotel. 5 hours sleep was not what I wanted. These people had no consideration for other guests.
