Location is just perfect, near to a lot of restaurants and two different malls, this was the 3rd time I stayed there and it is always a great spot. Decoration is just perfect combination between modern, industrial and elegant.

Staff from reception (rest of them, especially the gentleman from Starbucks are just great!) is not very friendly, this last and the previous one they were not very happy of me interrupting their talk,- I did not appreciate that. Breakfast is very poor, Ill not take it next time. But in general yes, I think its really worth it for the money you pay, I will stay again there just with some reserves.

Location is great: short walk to many excellent restaurants. Lovely view of the country club greenery. Breakfast was surprisingly decent!! In-room mini bar was cool, cold AC, hot shower with good pressure. Friendly staff.

This IS a business travel hotel, so I found the decor a bit sterile for my taste, but no real complaints.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The room was super quiet and with great view. The guys operating the valet parking were super quick, careful and nice doing their jobs.

The staff at the check-in counter maybe was having a bad day because it looked that she wasn't paying attention to us during registration time. One of the elevators never worked so we had to wait for the one elevator working every time we needed to move from our room to the lobby.

The room was a good size with good lighting. The bed was comfortable. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants.

It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room and more hangers for clothes.

The staff couldn’t help you enough , Miguel was our Spanish translator and made a great coffee as well at the coffee shop. Could fault the hotel would definitely stay there again. 😊😊😊🙏

Room maintenance needs upkeep. Light cable has a short wire defect. Bathroom ceiling with water / moisture stain. Reporte to front desk. Hopefully its taken care of.

The property was simple, with a Starbucks in the lobby area. Very clean and easy to access from the main Street Américas.

Everything was perfect, staff was not overbearing like other hotels (in the sense that they’re always welcome you and being overly kind) …

The property is located on a busy street that can be loud but it is in a great location with plenty of food options just a block away. There was a fridge with snacks and beverages. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I got breakfast a couple of times upstairs at the restaurant and the chilaquiles were good. The view from the restaurant on the 7th floor was awesome too.

There was no patio furniture on the deck in my room while I was there, then a week later when I left town I was driving by the hotel and there was patio seating in what was my room's porch. 😕 The towels were a bit stiff and could have used a small washcloth since there were only hand towels and bath towels. A robe would have also been a great touch.
