Our room was a little crowded for this stay. I thought I requested a king bed but ended up getting two queens. Limited space for suitcases etc.Two straight back chairs were placed in the entry way by the door to enter the room , and were facing the door. You could not see into the area where the beds were, so basically you would be seeing only the back of the door. Not our favorite room there. Also there was no window looking out at the courtyard, only a small window behind the mimi refrigerator that looked onto a wall, I guess. I never looked out of it. We have stayed there other times and were very satisfied with our room, etc.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Rooftop swimming pool was excellent even though it was in a L shape!

The electricity shuts down now and then but it did come back on after a minute or so. The room does not have a window. I purposely chose a room that was a bit more expensive and a bit bigger in size as there were several types to choose from, I thought I picked the most expensive in the list so it would have a window, but it still didn’t. The reception said the rooms either come with no window or it has a balcony! I think Booking.com needs to be more specific in detailing the rooms.

Beautiful building with a comfortable bed and room. Very nice staff and the access to the other two Arcos hotels (pools, beach chairs) was a fantastic bonus. The rooftop pool and lounge area had great views of the city. I'd definitely stay again!

As someone else noted, my bathroom was on the small side but it served the purpose - plenty of hot water.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Elizabeth the concierge was so helpful with any of my questions made my stay very pleasant. Joel at the front desk made checking in and out extremely easy and answered all my questions. The roof top pool and snack bar was a relaxing place to unwind any time of the day. I felt extremely safe being a solo traveler.

I loved the location and the staff especially Angeles was very helpful and made our stay special.

We didn’t have water for a few hours when we first got there. There was never room at the pool all lounge chairs are taken by towels even if people aren’t using them .

Smaller boutique type hotel with a sister property available. Great location in the Zona Romantica. Close to many restaurants. Bartender Cirilo gave us excellent service at the roof top pool

Our room had a mildew type smell due to the humidity and no coffee service in the room but went to the rooftop bar and had coffee from there. Too many people “ save” loungers by the pool

Loved the location- right in the heart of things. Just a block from the beach and restaurant options galore. Staff was friendly and helpful

Room super small and uncomfortable. Had a min-fridge, but nothing to sit on but the bed. No microwave. Room 104. Was told the rooms on the inside corridor are standard rooms so pretty basic. Upgrade your room to one with a balcony- those rooms are bigger and not that much more expensive.Had a musty smell that just wouldn’t go away. No ice available

Roof top pool was very nice. We were able to move to a room with a balcony with large window ( 2nd floor). The location was very nice, as it was close to beach and close to good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the character and decor of the hotel.

This is an older/historical hotel so the layout has all the rooms with windows facing the inside courtyard. The rooms on the first floor are a bit dark. We did get moved to a brighter room. Even though the hotel is affiliated with Playa Los Arcos Beach Resort (down the block towards the beach), you are not allowed to use those swimming pools. You can pay 30$ a person for a day pass. We didn't like to have to wear the red plastic bracelet the whole time in order to use Playa Los Arcos beach chairs, but this amenity was nice.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. The inviting rooftop pool offered nice views, especially at sunset. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly,

Room was a bit dark and bathroom had a bit of a smell.

Shower was really small, could smell a sewer smell coming from the bathroom sometimes
