- Amazing contemporary interiors - Wonderful roof top terrace with stunning views

- No privacy. People walking up to the roof can peek into your apartment and right into your bedroom. And believe me - they do! - No blackout curtains. As soon as the sun is up it’s bright daylight everywhere - Water pressure in the shower is suuuuper low - House keeping was a bit random. Not changing the towels every day, only replacing some of the amenities. - Breakfast could be nicer - Instructions on what you are allowed to use on the terrace (fridge, bbq, etc.) and how were lacking entirely…

Newly built or recently renovated small condo like property in the heart of old downtown PV. There are five beautiful studio suites that were well appointed with a full kitchen and everything you need. There was very little interaction with other guests or staff. Private roof top oasis with pool and amazing view. This place was very clean, well decorated and felt secure. Beaches, restaurants and other venues are within walking distance.

Lots and lots of stairs to get to upper rooms and rooftop pool. No elevator. The only ground floor room was the one I was given. This room faced the street at street level and was very noisy. No blackout curtains. I slept with earplugs & eye mask. For informational purposes: This property is self service & is self check in. Housekeeping was the only staff I interacted with. All other communication with support staff is done through email or text messaging. Read all emails and understand the processes. It is difficult find even via taxi, make sure you study its location. I’d definitely stay here again, but on an upper floor.

Room was perfect and bed really comfortable. Entrance is easy. View from the rooftop was just superb. Wifi was very good, I do requiere a good internet for my work and it was just fine.

Well nothing you can do about it but street is very narrow, be careful if you have a rental, but you really dont need one. And the wifi on the room was a little far from the table to work in. It was not breakfast it was fruit and bread but for me it was more than enough to start my mornings and then go out for another snack.

Location is perfect, the room is a perfect size with nice amenities, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV etc etc. Great view. Staff is nice and friendly but very limited interaction which for me wasn't an issue.

Location was ideal, the pool & view were magnificent! Comfortable bed and the continental breakfast was an added bonus

The bedside tables were a little useless & a usb port next to the bed would be helpful

Large, comfortable room. Excellent rooftop deck with chairs and tables and view of the ocean. Great lication.

WiFi could have been a bit better, but was perfectly adequate.

Casa Pancha it’s a hidden gem in old town Puerto Vallarta, fantastic place to spend a couple of days, the view from the pool it’s fabulous, this is our second time that we stayed there and definitely it’s not going to be our last!

Even thought the bathroom was clean sewer gas kept coming up and the bathroom smelled terrible like an out house. 🤢

The room was great. The location perfect.

The pool should be cleaned more regularly. The water wasn't always very clear or clean.

Highly recommended. I love the place! Love the location! Will come back for sure!
