Really nice hotel, all the employees are super nice and helpful, the pool is heated, there is a room to work and nice rooftop. The breakfast was really good too.

The location is not ideal if you want to visit the "centro of Guadalajara".

This hotel provided an excellent experience! Check in and check out were quick and easy. The staff have great customer service skills and are friendly. The room we were assigned was greatly appreciated!!!! It was super clean, had good quality linens and towels, nice furniture and decor, good lighting, a comfortable bed and selection of pillows, great amenities (including a mini fridge and a safe, and more), nice bathroom, hot water and good water pressure, and an excellent ambiance overall. It feels like you are staying in a "nice bedroom" and not just a generic hotel room. The common areas were equally clean and pleasant. The swimming pool was very clean and had a nice water temperature. The hotel is located near major areas (stores, plazas, restaurants, expo, services) but it is on a quiet, residential, side street that provided a perfectly quiet night for great sleep (no loud city traffic, no loud bars or other noises). Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and how well it is managed, and would definitely stay here again.

This was amazing, we stayed for a conference in the Expo, so it may not be suitable if you want to be in the middle of town. The rooms were huge and spotless, food is not included but was lovely and the staff were just exceptionally friendly. The pool was in a central atrium so you were not at risk of sunburn or fumes from the street. So easy to check in and out. They also had lots of seating areas around the hotel, and a terrace for guests to just hang out.

Nothing- if you are nervous about neighbour hoods then you may feel it is close to a main road, but we walked to the conference center without issue, there are OXXOs near by for supply and it's in quite a fancy neibourghood.

Size of room, air conditioning, great breakfast, balcony, jacuzzi, Nespresso coffee in room, unlimited drinking water. The very comfortable beds & pillows.

One part of the jacuzzi buttons doesn't work it's the hydrotherapy button. It's been like that the last 4 times we've been. But the jacuzzi button works. Also there's a funky smell in the water we've noticed.

Clean and good location

The gym is just 4 cardio machines in a super tiny space that would be really hard to use. Is not an enclosed space, so at like 11pm someone was running in a treadmill and you could hear it in the rooms really loud.

Quiet with comfy beds. Nice chairs and table outside rooms. Funky art. Yummy breakfast and beautiful presentation. Nice staff everywhere.

Parking right in front of hotel is limited but street is right outside hotel with parking spots.

The place is well located in GDL. The staff is great and very helpful. Good restaurant on site. Very clean. Pool is well kept and warm. We will return

Rooms were nice: good size and all that you need. Although, sometimes you hear noise from other rooms, specially the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. We pay for breakfast and it was so good for that price, the service was also quite amazing. Only thing to note, the check-in is kind of weird. It supposes that all the data is coming from booking but you have to fill a form with the same data. We choose the hotel because a discount but... and it's a big BUT... for tourism is quite far from main places. Although, the discount was enough to save even taking Ubers every time.

The check-in. It's not a lot of info to fill out in the form, but... why?. The noise that sometimes came from other people's bathroom like: uncomfortable noises or music.

Everything is exceptional. All premises are pristine and good looking. They make you feel at home. All staff were so corteous and friendly, always trying to help.

That I couldn't stay longer ! I wish I could have stayed more days. There is nothing to complain.

The people there is very kind and alert, straight forward with information. Breakfast is so delicious (we ate chicharrón tacos and pancakes) 😋❤️. The building looks brand new and really nice.

I liked everything, but it could've been even better if any Netflix or movies were available on the room screen. Might not be budget for it but it is an amazing plus.
