The property was centralized to everything near by. About 15-20 minutes depending on where you go.

I stayed for 3 days at the property with my family. On day 3, my family left early to run some errands. I was at the hotel by myself. I went down stairs, and i was stopped multiple times by the staff and was asked “what room # i was staying in”. I’m not sure because i have tattoos all over or not. The first two days i was never harassed. But day 3, I felt like i was a suspect inside of the property. I went inside of the VIP lounge which i paid extra for. I was sitting down eating and a female worker came up to me and asked what my room # was.

Staff was great. Very friendly, polite and helpful!! It was a good location for us. The terrace gave a nice view of the city, just wish there was a couple chairs on the patio to sit outside. Bathroom was big, shower was nice and bed was nice.

I did not like was that the housekeeping person moved all my toiletries into my bag. I had them all together in 1 little spot but she had to put them in my bag. She should have just left them alone. They were not all over the place. There were a couple days they forgot to fill the towels and just had to call to have them bring us some. It is slightly dated for what I felt we paid. The desk was a little warped and carpet needed to be stretched. (Has wrinkles in it and would catch my shoes sometimes walking.)

Friendly staff at front desk. Nice location with stores across the street and restaurants. Clean, bathroom wad large & good shower.

Cleaning lady moving my personal items around... I keep them together and neat but she had to put them all in my bag. She needed to not move them. Some furniture was a little old & warping on the ends.

Breakfast was excellent, service exceptional and very friendly, hot food was hot, fruit and bread available cook was available to prepare fresh omlette,,,cooks at the counter were very clean and professional

the buffet lacked assorted cheese, there was not fruit salad, there was not smoked salmon, there was no toaster for the bread, the assorted bread was cold, there was no tortilla,there was no ham or cold cuts I wanted to mail a document but the hotel did not have mailing envelopes, they did not have letter head.

Location is great, good breakfast, fast response from front desk and room service.

It could be more clean… I arrive and there was hair on the bathroom and the toilet back seat had some weird stains.. so there’s that

All personal are great hotel location excellent breakfast buffet fantastic. But they need to do something about their uniforms, they are horrible they look sheep and makes hotel look sheep!!

Bad massage experience. The clerks when signing in were rude and needed a smile on their face. The location

Receptionist who argued that even though I booked a room with a single king bed and they gave me a room with 2 doubles, there was nothing she could do , till I asked to speak to a manager , then a room miraculously appeared with a double bed. I was told to park my own car as valet parking was not available due to covid .

Paid for breakfast to be included, and we enjoyed every day. Service was wonderful and food was delicious.

Room was not so clean and we had one night without AC.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is large, enlighted, clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The pool and gym are satisfactory. The breakfast is rich. The shower is strong enough. It is a good choice of value for money. Especially if you are a Booking.com Genius member, it has further advantages.
