It’s close shopping malls and it’s really easy to move in the city near the hotel

There’s a lot of noise from the street (cars and trucks mostly) so if you want to sleep after a hard day, you wont be able. Also, on the second day of our stay, we had a visitor in our room that was on the second floor… a cockroach… the staff took about 1 hour or so to come and get it

It was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was only open Saturdays and Sundays. The food was outstanding.

The pool was being completely re-surfaced, and I thought that I should have known that before booking.

Very good location and facilities

We were promised a room with a patio and we didn’t get it, we asked the staff to change us to a room with a patio and we were completely ignored

The rooms were gorgeous and felt luxurious, the staff were exceptionally friendly and tended to every request. They cleaned the room daily and everything felt clean and comfortable.

The pool was a little bit dirty and caused me an allergic reaction.

It was covered in the package

The offer of tours because they don't explain that you have to way to get the bus the for the tours at least you waste like an hour and half go

This is a motel style hotel where guests drive into the courtyard. The room was large and comfortable. The pool was awesome snd the restaurant was decent.

It woukd have been nice to have pool towels rather than using the room towels but this is minor.

The Property And The Staff Will Make Your Stay Here Enjoyable. Landscape Was Awesome.. Make Sure To Get The Ground Floor In The Back Area Of The Hotel, You Will Have A Sliding Door That Opens To A Patio Area With A Very Tranquil And Pleasant Park Like Setting.

Awkward Getting To The Hotel, Beds In My Opinión Could Be Softer And Pillows Are Definitely Too Hard For Me Personally.

I really loved my stay here! It was 3 nights, I never leave reviews but this hotels deserves mine. Everyone was so kind and with a great customer service, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, they also have a nice pool and green area. And last but no less important.. the price was very affordable.

Parking lot is far away

I really liked the mattress, and the overall cleanliness. As well as the cafeteria service.

The TV didn't work. It was trying to connect to the smart functions, but it never actually did.

Having a small fridge in the room to keep things cold we're a plus. Beds were comfortable.

High prices for Food. High prices for very small portions, missing items in the plates, and not very good. I would not care if food is expensive if food tasted better.
