A wonderful property, perfectly located at the border between Condessa and Roma Norte. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Couldn’t have asked for more. None of the information mentioned in some of the more negative reviews applied - you could leave and enter at all times (use the green button) a and during those rare occasions when no one was Tabuthemata door, you could reach someone immediately on WhatsApp. Don’t trust negative reviews for this property - one of the most excellent places I stayed.

Eduardo was very helpful. He suggested restaurants near the accommodation. He also helped me with suggestions for mobile plans, a map on which he marked the locations, and one time, when I was having trouble with making a booking, he spoke to the agency for me on the phone. I was alone so I needed to stay in an area in which it was safe for me to walk around, even after dark, and this was a great place for me.

Location was definitely great, you could walk to Zona Rosa and many other great restaurants in like 5min. Tacos Orinoco and Tacos Califa were very close and great food. The room was great but it had a shared living room and you had a common entrance with another patrons, if you don't mind that, then is ok. As a bonus, they did offer parking for our car which was a plus. Keep in mind that it is much easier using uber, they are friendly and very safe way of transportation.

Fantastic location. Edwardo on reception is incredible. So helpful. Full of local information. I lost something at a previous hotel and he was happy to help ringing them to see if it had been found. Our coffee machine was leaking- it was immediately replaced. So fantastic. Bedroom itself was large. Bed huge and very comfortable. Internet was decent- was able to stream Netflix etc.

Room was a little warm. There was a fan which did help.

The location is amazing, walkable too everything, resteraunts, cafes, grocery stores, tourist hot spots. Our room was great, no complaints, great big bed which was nice. Staff were super friendly, and we actually enjoyed our first week so much, we extended our stay. Highly recommended.

I really liked location, the room with a big window, nice bed, coffee and a good bathroom.

I didn’t like that for two days my room was not cleaned even though I told them about this the first day. it seems the maid decided not to clean either day and they thought that was ok. I had to demand for them to take action and that was not good either.

We had terrace room which was a lovely retreat from the rush of the City and friendly staff. Eduardo suggested restaurants etc. Also parking available.

Our room was not available on the first night although they found us another it was incredibly noisy. Staff all absent on second day so no cleaning available. Organisation was a bit lacking.. Very noisy street.

Very convenient location; super-friendly and helpful staff. They gave us complimentary extended checkout when they found out we were doing Ciclavia in the morning, so we could come back and shower before we departed. The bed in room #7 was very comfortable and the shower had incredible water pressure. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent value. Lovely staff and a clean, safe place to call home when in CDMX.

Great location, very clean and very friendly service. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and son and daughter-in-law, with a nice living room and kitchen. Beds comfortable and very safe.

The location is the bes, walking distance from great restaurants, bars, boutiques and markets. Lots of nice places to go around and few minutes by taxi/uber to the main attractions.

The beds in the room are ok but the one situated one side of the bathroom has so little space that you can hit your knee/leg with the corner of the base each time. They should change it or place something like a corner protection.
