I made a reservation for my grandparents to stay at this hotel. We had previously stayed at this hotel before, and really liked it, the last time we visited. Unfortunately, I had to work, so I couldn't accompany my grandparents on this trip. However, I wanted them to stay at this hotel again, and I also wanted to pay for the reservation so that they wouldn't have to worry about it. Booking made this super easy, and my grandparent had no problems checking-in. The room my grandparents were given was called "Frida," and my grandma said it was beautiful. She says she can't wait to go back to this hotel again.

Nothing, my grandparents said their stay was perfect. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nicely decorated and maintained. Nice spacious rooms. Also enjoyed the nice patio. Location was in the historic area so sightseeing of historic buildings etc all within walking distance. Breakfast was nice.

There was nothing not to like about it

The breakfast was very good, but the coffee was pretty weak. That would be the only change I would suggest making! Loved the beautiful breakfast location!

The noise both from the street and from the lobby may be a problem for some. (I can sleep through stampeding herds of buffalo, so it didn’t bother me at all!)

Very nice and cozy hotel in the city center. The property was a typical colonial design house now adapted to a hotel, which makes it unique and original. One of the rooms I had was in front of the reception and it was a bit small, but despite de size, the room was clean and comfy. It's very well located and close to the market, cathedral and main square.

The doors are very thin and you can hear through them. Not the best if you need some privacy at night. Parking is for free but very small and might fit 3 cars only.

This was the second trip taken to Morelia, and I booked this hotel because we loved it in 2020. The staff was superb, we felt at home, the rooms ample in size, very comfortable beds, gracious and very helpful staff. WE will be back next year.

Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The A/C worked great. The hotel was very quiet and pleasant, with a nice courtyard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and always professional. Located within walking distance to the historical city center. The beds were very comfortable. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend!

The hairdryer did not work which was inconvenient as I did not bring one with me. The bathroom in this unit was very small. The shower lacked lighting. The towels were a little too worn. Overall the room was great.

It’s small and comfortable and in a good location. Good wifi, lots of pillows, nice staff, and we feel very secure there. It was our 3rd time at this hotel. A great value in the city of Morelia.

unfortunately there was very loud music happening nearby (a rave?) which is not the hotel’s fault of course. If you stay in the back e.g. the room called Alondra, it’s pretty quiet.

Good breakfast, but didn't have coffee or breakfast ready when they originally told us. Our room was right on the street, but they had stutters that kept noise out. Great location for sight seeing in Morelia.

Beautiful, cozy and comfortable Hotel. Customer service is awesome... Breakfast is very good for $5.00 USD. Nice decoration and very comfortable beds!. Second time staying here, and it wont be last! Short walk to main plaza, location is perfect... Very satisfied and so are my parents..

Location was perfect, short walking distance to historical city center. Rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We were accommodated with having our two units right next to each other with a private corridor between the two. Very convenient. The hotel is very quaint, cozy, and clean. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. Great value for the price.

I had two reservations back to back. The hairdryer in the first unit did not work. After being moved to a second unit, the hairdryer did not work in that unit either. I did not bring a hairdryer because I expected one in the units. At one point, the shower hot water faucet knob came off. I reported it but the repair took one day so I was unable to shower for one day (it was too cool to take a cold shower). The bathrooms have no ventilation. The bathroom towels were a little too worn. Overall the stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and the rooms are very clean.
