All staff members were incredibly friendly, a very welcome environment to come 'home' to every evening! The rooms were very well-kept and the air-conditioning was great. Breakfast was served on the lovely rooftop patio and although the included breakfast was somewhat limited, you could easily pay a bit extra for additional options which were very tasty! The reception staff was always very willing to help with anything - from tour suggestions in the area to transportation bookings. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, very close to the center and yet not too loud!

We had a room on the ground-floor and unfortunately it was not completely soundproof so whenever there was chatter in the hallway (quite early in the morning), we could hear it quite loudly.

The hotel is in a great location! In walking distance to shops, restaurants and the markets and located right in the historic center The woman at check in (I don't remember her name) was so lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is very nice. Our room was so comfortable with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. Breakfast was very nice. Great coffee, fruit, toast and natural juice we friendly staff. It was so nice that we decided to stay an extra night!

There is nothing that I didn't like about this property. Everything was great and way past what we expected! Thank you to the front desk, cleaning and wait staff!!

I really enjoyed the location in the historical center of Morelia at a walking distance from the main monuments. The free parking space was also very close to the hotel, on the same street. Furthermore, the hotel premises were brand new, and everything worked well. The breakfast on the rooftop was also very nice.

Employees were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location centered near most tourist attractions. Parking is located about a block away at most and is in a secure parking structure.

Everything was awesome. Maybe a hotel bar would’ve been cool but no biggie might as well explore while there.

Large room with separate sitting area, all with large windows. Fabulous rainhead shower. The complementary breakfast was excellent, and there were additional breakfast choices which were outstanding.

Wifi coverage was a bit spotty in places. Access to the breakfast area on the roof was via a spiral staircase, which could be difficult for some.

Practical location, clean, many eateries and coffee shops along the way to the Plaza de Armas. Staff was great, helpful and really attentive. By the way, the continental breakfast was nice.

The bathroom layout was too cramped for my taste, but we did manage.

the only complaint I have is that I was under the impression that breakfast was included. however, anything more than a small fruit bowl and coffee are extra.

i looked at many places in morelia, This place had the best value per dollar by far. Modern, clean, hot water, incredibly nice staff. you could spend more than double or triple and maybe there might be a place with a more spacious room and lobby, more quiet. But if you don't want to spend top dollar, you can't beat this place.
