We rented the casita in the courtyard of building 3. It looked out on the courtyard, and pool. The staff was amazing and very helpful, it was great having access to bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. A wonderful stay

Even though we felt very safe, the patio door and bedroom windows wouldn’t lock for me. The bed needs a bit more padding, I found it to be too firm. Other than that we loved and will book again

Loved that there were golf carts, umbrellas and beach chairs and beach towels provided! Also bicycles, but we did not use. Jorge and staff were amazing, from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left. Coordinating cabs, holding bags, providing water and ice, even a bandage when I cut myself. Cafe Bucerias next door had phenomenal food and margaritas! Space was clean, and had a toaster, blender, coffee maker with pots and pans, silverware and full size fridge. Used the golf cart to go to get groceries for our stay and make some meals in the room.

A lot of construction all over town, so lots of street noise and banging. Got used to it, but definitely took away some of the 'relaxing' vibe. Noise from bars across the highway were audible as well. Towels and sheets could be a little nicer. Sheets were rough and somewhat sticky in the warm weather, and we all love a plush towel! Housekeeping did change out daily, so always fresh!

Loved the spacious, airy, clean, comfortable Mexican style suites with fully equipped kitchen, AC, WiFi, laundry in suite, large balcony, BBQs and terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary use of golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would love to return and will recommend highly to family and friends.

No negatives to report...Everything was great. We were a large family group of 6 adults and 3 small children staying in building 2 in the two Grand 2 bedroom aparments: Casa Big John and Casa Mini. We loved the pool and the large common areas. We had a wonderful stay at Refugio Del Mar

Jorge was wonderful. He upgraded our suite to accommodate our need for a private balcony. The staff were very helpful. The location was ideal.

The elevator is out of service.

Absolutely everything. Very clean. Well kept. Great location. Amenities well appointed. Spanish lessons and having access to washer and dryer was a bonus. Jorge and his staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and trustworthy.

A beautiful location and Jorge and his staff were happy, friendy and helpful. Everything was very relaxing and enjoyable. Then add the beautiful location with great local close resturants, the beach,sun and sand. Perfection!!!

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Good AC! Nice bathrooms, good shower and lots of hot water. Good WiFi . Great kitchen with what you need to prep meals if you want

I think the owners should supply dish soap and a sponge to wash dishes - paper napkins would be great too

Incredible staff. Every question was answered. The grounds and the pools and the rooms are super clean. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was super convenient to grab beach chairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and could take the golf cart around town.

Beach has lots of litter especially in the water and dog and horse poop on the beach. Not the resort's fault but something to be aware of is how the town cares for its beach.

our little apartment was very clean and because it was on the ground floor, it was nice and cool so we didn’t have to use the air conditioning. We were in building 2 which has its own pool which we liked a lot.

There was a nice kitchen area with a full-size refrigerator and four burner stove but only one small frying pan! Also, you could use a golf cart for free but had to pay for water that charge, although was not expensive, I think was unnecessary.

Great staff, location and accommodations. Loved chairs & umbrellafor beach were provided.

We got towels replaced daily but never received wash clothes until the day we were leaving.
