great location, nice pool, large villas, super friendly staff.

they were under construction remodeling some rooms, but really , we hardly noticed

the beach was beautiful,pool awesome,and room was great ,,building is bing renovated and certainly will be awesome when completed, rooms are older but always well kept and clean, there are redone rooms and new building that is very nice, one of favourites in bucerias and grounds are exceptional.

construction next doo ,building just stating to be built,, THIS Has nothing to do with property and can't help new building going up !!! Vista Vallarta is AMAZING and next year will be back to a more quiet stay

The location is amazing. The view is second to none. They have a great restaurant on site. All the staff is wonderful and very helpful. We needed a few things done and they were right on it. Such a great group of people. We love Bucerias.

Like any hotel near the main highway, the front bedroom is incredibly noisy. The beds are hard but they gave me a topper which helped. They are in the process of renovating and the new units are lovely.

The construction noise and old rooms. Our accommodations were not so great. The construction was annoying. We understand there is no good time to do renovations but would probably not have stayed there knowing that. However, they are making wonderful improvements to this place and when finished I hope to go back.

Locafion and staff were wonderful. Right on the beach with a very nice pool and bar area to eat and drink. Breakfast area is great. Meals were great too all day. As is the value of the drink and food menu.

We had a nice Fairly new room. Unfortunately the curtains and shading of the balcony window were not working property. A microwave in the room would be really nice. It would be awesome if it had a little general store too. The frontage road to the hotel needs some majore cleanup and repairs.

we would have given this resort a 10, but we never had hot water for a shower.

The beach was nice and clean....also quiet! The food was good. The pool was great and loved the size of the rooms.

The one negative was the beds were hard and the AC was loud in our room, but we would definitely recommend this place and come back.

the family suites need some up grading but were spacious. we were able to cook there had a stove, silverware, pots and pans and refrigerator

Being a family hotel,I expected loud children at the pool. Unfortunately there was one family that screamed constantly and nothing was done by management to address this no matter how many complaints. I guess earplugs are the only way to enjoy the lovely pool.....

The location on the beach was fabulous and the suites are huge. It's nice that there is a restaurant with a bar on site. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff was very friendly.

There doesn't seem to be a quiet hour on the property as there were people talking loud until 2 a.m. by the swimming pool. This property caters to families with small children, so as a couple we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Also, the location is pretty far from central Bucerias so we had to take a taxi.
