The staff were really friendly and accommodating, at the bar they managed to find the Arsenal (football) match and put that on for us. Big plus for us Brits! Excellent service overall in the bar. Location was good, lots of nice restaurants nearby. The roof was lovely in the evening.

It would have been handy to have a fridge in the room. It would have also been nice to be shown the roof when we arrived/given directions. The pool looked a little cloudy, we didn't have a dip due to this.

Coffee machine was not located in a place where you could connect it. So it was useless. Toilette WC too low, legs hurt get numb after sitting 3/4 min. A need of hand douche (regaderita pequeña) Information was not given at the check in: specific instructions about what time the breakfast started. Check in area is very sad and should have a bit more plants/green area

Pool area and services was great, it´s super good you can order directly using whatsapp. Its a plus to have Reys bar at the bottom of the hotel, food and drinks are great complement for your stay.

AC was not working well at that time, but other than that everything was very good in general.

I think the location was incredible, and the restaurant/bar attached was well priced and had great food and service.

The hotel itself was much more run-down than anticipated. The closer you looked the more you noticed — for example, the mirror in our bedroom was cracked and scratched in many places. The staff was kind but didn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Anthony and Andres was very friendly, if you have any problem feel free to check with them. They will handle without any issues. Room is very good and service was very excellent.

privacy, helpful staff, ideal location, nice amenities, prompt service

if you stay on the third floor, you’ll often hear the steps & furniture moving on the rooftop floor where they hold conventions… it’s annoying but doesn’t go into the night. I’ll be requesting 2nd floor rooms from now on.

Perfect location in San Pedro Garza Garcia, walking distance to a lot of the great restaurants, shopping and more. Room was quite large and well laid out. Breakfast in the mornings was really good, available until noon!

Pool area looked a little forgotten, could use a clean and some new loungers. The menu was sometimes not given at breakfast but they were happy to help with your order anyway. Pillows could be a little firmer but that's my personal preference.

Hotel was very clean and my breakfasts were very good. Most people would find the beds very comfortable but they were too soft for me. Hotel in a very good position excellent large shopping mall directly across the road.

I asked for a quiet room but was given one facing the major road. Also I couldn’t use the pool on the roof as the hotel had organised a private function up there. I emailed the hotel twice before traveling to notify them that I needed to drop my suitcases off early on arrival but I received no replies from the hotel.

Great location and staff

Rooms were good, the lobby looks in pretty bad shape. It’s a great spot, could use some maintenance.

Nice little hotel in a trendy area of Monterrey. The staff is really nice, and the on-site restaurant serves an amazing breakfast - included in the room rate. Absolutely would be willing to stay here again.

The elevator broke down the day we checked in, so we had to carry our suitcases up some stairs. Otherwise all good!
