My husband and I usually stay in this location because it's close to everything we need. 

This stay was different. We usually park on the roof next to the hotel, but this time there was an event going on the roof, so we parked below ground. The next day, my truck was damaged, and someone tried to break in. This has never happened in the past, but this experience will not let us go back there again because of the parking. My truck's back windows were scratched, and some things were broken from the back. 

the staff was very attentive and overall we had aa great time during the night we stayed in the facilities. The hotel is well located it has a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

Although the staff was very attentive the main desk area in the lobby area is too small and we took a good time to move in line to get our parking ticket to get out.

there's seem to be an issue with music bands playing nearby clubs within the plaza which is understandable. personally that didn't bother me. just a bit loud. not excessively loud.

The views are amazing. We loved the views. Also clean and your typical hotel chain standard

Price. A bit on the pricey side but it’s ok. They should have an option to increase temperature on the ACs. It was super cold when we visited and we couldn’t increase the AC temperature.

the room ac thermostat did not cycle regardless of setting. so I control it manually to ON/OFF. mot an inconvenience for me!!!

A good location for visiting schools nearby. Restaurants nearby are good.

There are a few bars in front of the hotel that play loud music until 1am or so. The hotel should improve the sound proof windows. Difficult to sleep with the noise.

Spacious and clean room with a gorgeous view, comfortable bed, and refrigerator. Also, the jacuzzi and pool are nice.

There was no changing room for the gym and pool area, nor a coffee maker or water boiler to make tea in the room.

Room was spacious, the shower was very enjoyable, bed was very comfortable (made me want to keep sleeping a little more), the location was great with a lot of food choices nearby, a pharmacy, banks and a mini-mart, a lot of parking space.

Sometimes i heard some loud plumbing-like noises in the morning that woke me up. There's also a lot of noise from the corridor when people talk or pass by. There are not enough elevators (only 2) for the room areas, sometimes you wait 5-15 minutes at peak times (in the morning or in the night, mostly around the checkout limit) because even if they reach your floor there might not be space to get in. [COVID season: only 4ppl per elevator, some guests might not respect it and get in anyways even without a mask / during the day there's A LOT of people in the plaza because there's a passport renewal office on the 2nd floor of it]

The staff were super helpful and friendly! Swimming pool with spectacular views over Monterrey. Great location with shops, restaurants etc nearby

That they made us wait a lot for the room and they told us we can go for dinner while we wait and they would send us a message when our room was ready and never did it. I had an appointment later and that does not help me.
