Pretty good value for money. Clean. I had breakfast in the restaurant. It was excellent. I was in a hurry and the food came very quickly. The older gentleman server could teach the youngsters a thing or two !

The location felt a bit scary and there isn’t a lot around, although it is well located for the central bus station. You could walk, but I chose to take an Uber for 38 pesos. The room didn’t have any outside view. Apart from that the room itself was great.

The bed was firm, that meet my requirement. Room was quite clean and daily house keeping was also good. Location is centrally located and lot of bus routes pass from hotel. There are a couple of red light centers in the area and locality suggested not to go out alone in dark.

Safety was a bit concern in that part of the city.

It has a very large room and bathroom. There were no problems with the hot water.

The Cook at the restaurant needs some help. At leat parcial help to take order and deliver food.

The room was very clean, it has a lot of space, the AC is silent, the shower has hot and cold water, and the room in general is very silent, you can´t hear anything from the other rooms. And also de bed is very comfortable

The cleanliness and the comfortable bed/pillows. The fun UV lights. Not noisy at all. Many restaurants/stores nearby.

This is a MOTEL and is situated very close to several table dance clubs and cantinas, that area it’s not very safe at night. The shower head made an extremely loud squeaky noise, like an alarm and I could hear the same from a couple neighboring rooms. The beer is too expensive. Too many people enter and exit the motel, so they wouldn’t let me leave the car in the parking lot (which is extremely small by the way) for a couple hours after my stay.

Front desk guy was amazing. His skills in customer service were superior, he was nice and attentive. Room was spacious and clean

Shower controls did not work, tempeture either was too hot or too cold. I didn't even touch the handle and temperature went from cold to super hot by itself. Also there was no hand soap available.

noisy. there are always people in the corridors chatting for long time. and I didn’t like the location as it didn’t feel nice and safe to walk.

I loved the room, it was quiet, very spacious, the AC worked right and warmed the room in a little time because it was very cold outside. The hot water worked really good and the room was very dark once you close the windows, so it is really nice to sleep till late hours

Nothing, i really liked everything in the hotel, the attention was inmediate in the text messages

Facilities were super clean. Rather modern/new or recently renovated Confortable and large king sized bed Hotel is very quiet despite the fact it is located in (or closed) to a busy neighborhood. Helpful staff

The location was convenient (less than 8-minute walk to bus station, train station, oxxo, fast food, restaurant...) but you could tell it is not the best part of town. No fridge and no iron board in the room. Laundry service was not available too during my stay
