The location of the hotel was fantastic, loved being right on the plaza. The room was the prefect size and had plenty of power sockets for charging of devices, great wifi, ac, and the appreciated morning coffee maker. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful with tips on sightseeing, places to eat and the history of the city. Staff reserved a taxi to the airport for me. The room was tidy and organized.

The bed was a little hard for me, could have had another set of drawers for clothes and the floor was dirty bring house shoes.

The property is charming and in the beautiful Central historic district of Querétaro. It is in walking distance of museums, churches, restaurants etc. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly . The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size room for our family of four for our one night stay in Querétaro. The hotel is serene. The courtyards of the hotel are pretty and have lovely seating areas for relaxing.

Beautiful, small property in the heart of things. We were in the large suite. Nice room, lots of space and well-appointed. Front desk and housekeeping were very kind and attentive. Room was quiet, spaces in courtyard really pretty and peaceful.

Our room (the suite) was a really lovely room, but a little cave-y. We prefer more natural light. It was also a bit stuffy on hot days - no way to get cross breeze without having the door open. But it was still a great stay and an excellent value.

Coming from a very hot city we are used to a/c, but even without it the room was good enough to sleep comfortably

Adorable hotel in perfect location. Staff was amazing. Ricardo and Hector really took care of me. Great decor. The rooms on the bottom floor can be a little dark. Try for one on the upper levels. Gorgeous.

Need to work on sustainability practices. Should offer glass carafes of water instead of plastic water bottles. Switch from tiny plastic shampoo and body wash to dispensers. Liquid soap dispensers instead of individually wrapped in plastic soaps. mini fridge would be nice as well.

The location is very close/walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The rooms were super cute and very comfy. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Parking was pretty far from the hotel and closes at 11pm. It was nice that it was included in the night's stay, but was blocks away. Our room also did not have A/C while others did.

Beautiful, quiet hotel in an excellent location! Also very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The room had a wifi booster but the signal was still a bit weak.

Mariano was a fantastic help finding good restaurants and just being generally positive and welcoming.

Room number 5 had a “screaming” toilet and an unsavory smell that emanated from the un-trapped shower drain which there was a cover for.

The hotel location is wonderful. Easy walking access to several sites yet quite. There’s a nice place right across from the hotel and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is in immaculate condition. The room was very clean and modern.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Keep that in mind if brining lots of luggage or if climbing issues. Porter will help with luggage.

Rooms in the first level don’t have AA and stairs to the second one are narrow. If you can’t use stairs let them know in advance so they can get you a lower level room.
