The location is perfect, it's a 10 minute walk from ADO, the pool is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious and diverse. Huge beds and beautiful rooms.

The reception staff were not helpful at all. The night we checked in we saw that the floor of the lift was sticky and smelly as if someone spilled a drink inside. We didn't mind it thinking that someone would clean it up over night. Unfortunately we took the same lift in the morning and the spillage was still there. We went to reception to let them know it needs cleaning and they said we should take the other lift.

Huge room, huge bed, great shower and balcony over looking the pool Excellent buffet breakfast. Real coffee machine. 10 minute walk from Ado Bus Station. Great little restaurant just a few minutes walk from the hotel served cold beer and tacos

Very friendly staff, we checked-in in the middle of the night (new years eve) and there was a party going on but they switched off the music at 1am so we could go to sleep :) room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was good with a huge shower! breakfast was very diverse and tasted good, there was enough parking right outside the hotel. the location is a short walk from the busy area of Cancun, there are also a few restaurants in the same street!

we had a corner room which probably made it much more quiet, but still as everywhere in mexico it was a bit noisy. also the breakfast was completely overcrowded on the second day, maybe better to move this to a more spacious area!

requested a room with balcony facing the pool and didn’t get one even though it looked like there were lots of free ones available. we travel from so far so don’t want a window to view rough looking parking lot area. staff needs to smile more. hard beds.

Hotel location was calm and it was good place to relax. Pool area was OK, there was clean everywhere and staff was very polite and helpfull.

Gym was rather small. Some mornings breakfast restaurant was coplitely full.

This is an excellent place! Lots to walk to in Cancun city and a short taxi or shuttle to the beach, much better than staying in the hotel zone. Super safe and just very beautiful. I couldn’t believe how clean it was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I am a clean freak believe me I’d say if it wasn’t clean, this place was spotless. I just loved it. Soriana supermarket, XXOX and many many cute restaurants in walking distance. Pool was incredible

Really there was nothing at all I didn’t like. Not a thing.

Food - A caesar salad consisting of a cos lettuce with a ring of red pepper wrapped around it sprinkled with grated cheese and Caesar sauce was disappointing. Breakfast buffet (paid for B/B) . Some of the pastries were used up so I went back a little later to the restaurant area and was refused access unless I paid for them

The pool was very nice, the housekeeping was fantastic, the restaurant is very quick. The breakfast was a buffet but it looked like you could also order specialty items. My rate included breakfast in it but I don’t know that I understood very well what that entailed. I would just book the regular room rate next time. The shower was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable.

I chose this because it mentioned a shuttle to and from the airport - it ended up not being needed because there is a bus nearby that goes directly to the airport every 30 minutes but it seemed like incorrect information on the site.

We had a wonderful stay, my kids loved the pool. Everything was very clean and the pool area is gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, eggs, vegetables, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, good coffee. Also several Mexican dishes. The room was clean, nice with comfortable beds. The restaurant next to the pool has excellent food! And it's reasonably priced. Daily cleaning if you prefer. Near some big supermarkets and maybe 10 minute walk to Ado. Would stay again!

The friendliness of the staff varies considerably. The staff at the reception did not smile (we stayed twice, both times it was the same). One of the older concierges, I think his name is Mauro, is very rude. Some staff were friendly enough, although I think they could all benefit from some customer service classes.

My stay at Adhara was made comfortable especially by staff member Enrique’s. We arrived late at night and he was most helpful.Compliments to the security and Bell Boy as well. The room was always clean and tidy. The pool was simply amazing and though we were always late from a tour to get the grill it smelt delicious.

I was disappointed with the breakfast staff. Our tour to Chichenitza andTulum was very early in the morning, I was unable to partake of breakfast and we did not stop for anything to eat until lunch. Other hotels offer a ‘To Gol bag because we’re supporting the economy when we pay for the tours. I found this policy of not allowing us to have an earlier breakfast very unreasonable. I did not get my money’s worth. I was also unable to take my daily medication for those two occasions.Some improvement is needed here.
