The staff were extremely friendly and the entire building is clean and comfortable. The food offered at the restaurant was very good as well. I love that the pool was very big and stayed at one level throughout (4.6') which made me feel comfortable letting my kids go in without me.

The bathroom door was a bit faulty causing water to flow out into the rest of the bathroom. The hotel is not walking distance to anything really because it's housed in a new development and although transportation from there was quite accessible it was a bit expensive.

The hotel is new and very stylish. It's located 10 minutes away from the airport and they offer transportitions between both places so you can save a lot of money with that service.

The transportation asked us to book the shuttle 48 hours in advance, but at arrival when we announced we were waiting, they told us we had to wait 45 minutes. No big deal but it's not a preimum service. There is no food delivery in the hotel or any restaurant walking distance, so we had to order. The food was not good for the price so if you're arriving late like I was, try to bring food from somewhere else. There was no hot breakfast, but there was an okay variety of food and bread.

+ it's not crowded + great pool + good wifi in the rooms, at the pool you can get some connection too + all staff is amazing and very kind, that adds many points to this place + quiet rooms even though you can hear sometimes people are walking outside, anyway had a great sleep

Not that I didn't like, it's rather a recommendation to improve: - lounge chairs by the pool look slightly messy - pool has to be maintained a bit, some tile is off - limited choice at breakfast - humidity in the room but no smell - no stores around yet In general experience was very good, so I would stay again.

Food is not impressive. Location is a bit off, pretty close to the airport but far from the city and from the police stations. Cancun taxi company is a mafia that that tries to remove competition through violence and threats. Four of their taxis intercepted and blocked our Uber just outside the hotel, since they know it's a tourist area that they want to maintain control over. Not the direct dault of the hotel, but it seriously damages Cancun as a tourist destination.

We had an overnight stay in Cancun so just wanted something close to the airport. Free shuttle was a bonus. This place was way better than we anticipated. The staff was exceptional, making us feel very welcome right from the moment we checked in. The pool was clean and it is huge, lots of room to swim and lay around the outside. The food in the restaurant was great. Comfortable bed too.

The staff were very polite and friendly; social distance and hygene protocols were followed by the staff. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and of really good size.

The hotel took days to reply to my emails via Booking. Amongst other reasons, I picked this hotel because of the free shuttle from the airport. However booking the shuttle was an issue, the driver who was supposed to pick me up left the airport by the time I got my luggage so I had to pay a cab; I would say the shuttle is not really included in the service. The pillows smelled like sweat from previous guests.

The breakfast could have been better. There weren't a lot of protein options, and I would have liked to have eggs. Especially since this hotel is close to the airport, I can't be the only one staying there just before my long flight, and I was hoping for a hearty breakfast before I boarded the plane

We almost lost our shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was our first time, we didn't know how to quickly leave the airport and get on the van. However, they stopped and picked us up.

Absolutely stunning stay. They were able to provide us transport from the airport and back to the airport from the following day (we got an ADO to the airport from Playa). The pool was fantastic, and the sun loungers were comfortable, with separate towels provided for the pool area. The bed was super comfy and the room service was great, although they didn’t have much on offer!

I waited 3 hours at the hotel to get checked in while exhausted and hungry. The delay was the price the hotel was trying to charge verses what I booked with bookings. The hotel would not let me check in. I had to call bookings customer service to confirm my discounted rate that the hotel did not see in there system. I didn't get settled in until after 7pm.
