we liked the free shuttle to/from the airport, the cleanliness and the premesis overall was nice and well kept.

I didn’t like that I paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast, only to be told at breakfast that the free breakfast only includes 2 persons. I felt a bit cheated on that one and even asked the reception to whom I showed my booking confirmation, who replied that kids only have to pay half price so I only have to pay for one extra person. I didn’t want to continue the argument and ended up paying for the kids, but it’s these little thing that annoy that really makes a difference. The otherwise really pleasant stay ended with a bad taste.

Airport Shuttle was a nice touch, going to Airport much better than picking up at Airport. There are specific instructions on how to contact the hotel for the shuttle. It says to go to a certain 'numbered' platform, but when you get out to the area, all you see is pillars with LETTERS on them. We asked around and a very helpful gentleman told us to go to Pillar 'B'...and follow that down to platform #26 for the terminal we landed at. Booking.com or the hotel I recall sent us an E-mail with the instructions for the shuttle, perhaps they could add this little tidbit about the Pillars, and it would cause less anxiety..lol.

Everything was great.

The hotel was lovely - clean and safe. The pool area was a well maintained and a relaxing place to spend a couple of hours. the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The free breakfast buffet was excellent.

The "free" shuttle never showed up for my pick up even though I had called the hotel on my arrival. I waited an hour, called again and was told it would be another hour wait. I finally took a taxi, originally they told me it would be $75 for the 12 minute ride but I was able to get it for $40. The return shuttle worked better, there were two running. I had to wait for the second one as the first one filled up quickly.

1 Check-in process took too long, which I had noticed last time too (about a week before). That didn't inconvenience me, but it affected the many guests who arrived that evening and queued for a long time. The staff seemed to have to spend a long time at the computer. 2 The waiter at supper seemed to be annoyed with me from the start, maybe because I didn't order wine or beer. Also, when I asked for "just water" I was charged for a plastic bottle of the ordinary, cheap water that the hotel provided free in my room. 3 The breakfast was extensive but disappointing. In particular, the ham slices were not good quality (tasted like cheap US bologna) and the sausage was similarly unpleasant.

We stayed for one night because we were on our way to another destination. We had no idea what to expect from an airport hotel in Cancun. Honestly, we did not expect much. But we were surprised. Extremely clean, well-appointed rooms and public spaces. Just minutes to the airport. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. This place does it right and it does it with a welcoming smile. Wish we could have spent another night or two.

We did roundtrip transportation from the airport on the hotel shuttle. Very convenient. However, inbound from the airport to the hotel presented a very long wait which was not appreciated. But that was a minor, minor blip in the whole experience.

Just an all around decent hotel: Clean, good service, standard business-level rooms. The breakfast focuses more in Mexican food and has a great variety. Perfect to get started with the local cuisine. Outstanding is the great free airport shuttle service. From the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. It's also useful to get to the airport area for picking up a rental car. From airport to hotel you have to call them and wait around 30 minutes. Texting doesn't work as well. Keep in mind that some foreign SIM cards can't do calls in Mexico (I had a local at the airport call them for me). In terminal 4 the pickup location was around plot number 25.

The location is quite remote. You cannot easily get to the airport without the shuttle, nor to beaches, the city or anything. There is only a small supermarket Oxxo nearby (Tip: Buy a Mexican SIM card there!) You *need* a car to get around from here and it's still far (20 mins drive to literally anything).

Easy access from highway and shuttle service to airport make this hotel a great location to take our visitors to for their return home. The hotel had all the facilities we were looking for - restaurant -bar - outdoor sitting areas. The staff are always friendly and helpful - our waiter Samuel gave very good service, always with a smile and was happy to answer any of our questions.

The indoor public areas are kept too cold - We have stayed here twice in the past 2 months and everyone in our group had to go back to the room for a sweater or hoodie in order to eat in the dining room. Coffee quality needs to be bumped up - room packages make only about 1/2 cup and flavor is more like coffee-flavored water. Dining room coffee no significant improvement.

I loved the cleanliness and the beautiful courtyard. The staff was friendly.

Was not sure if there was a continental breakfast. Fruit and bread. Some people do not want a large buffet first thing in the morning, it was a good deal though. The problem was the shuttle going to the Cancun airport from the hotel. I left very early to catch a flight and the driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal. He knew which one that I had to go too. Not sure why he did not communicate the situation. Poor English maybe. But this is of prime importance and the hotel should have the shuttle drivers better trained. I had to pay a taxi to get to the right terminal 5 minutes away.

The hotel is great if you’re going to stay there 24 hours or a couple of days. If you’re wanting for shuttle bus at the airport you should call them right when you exit the airport (their English not so good at the phone) and wait at the platform that they communicate you in the message before. BUT be aware because some taxis are staying on the their platform and told you that they are the shuttle bus of the hotel. The real shuttle bus of the hotel is marked with the hotel name.

Far from the city. No transportation to the city or to the hotels zone.

the place is immaculate. Most of the staff spoke English good enough to work in the United States The room came with breakfast. At 7 in the morning, a shuttle picked me up for the airport. The driver ask me what airline I was flying. He told me which terminal I needed. The TV was a top quality. l had already returned my rental car. Just off hotel property is a convenience store. FYI no alcohol sales on Sunday after 5pm.

It seamed like it took a long time for the room to cool down. That seamed to be common in Mexico.
