The property was absolutely beautiful! It is essentially a walled garden full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees. I had never seen a banana tree nor a papaya tree before my stay! The staff was very accommodating, particularly Angie, and overall it was a great experience! It is a nice departure from the hustle and bustle of Cancun proper.

The separation of the bathroom from the bedroom could have been better. Essentially, it's just a curtain. As much as my wife and I love each other, we don't really like being that close during "bathroom time." Though, this was easily addressed by simply going outside and hanging out in the beautiful garden.

the setting is stunning! it is a real oasis and the gardens are very impressive! The room is very clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. the pool is lovely and there is plenty of seating available. Angie is lovely and tried her very best to make our stay wonderful, including a late check out until 4pm!

so on booking the hotel, we did think that we would have a meal and spa treatments before heading to the airport. unfortunately there is no proper restaurant at the hotel. Angie who is amazing, cooks everything herself. however the menu is limited mainly to burger and chips or hotdogs. also the Spa is not staffed from the hotel. and unfortunately no one was available to come to the hotel to provide spa services on the day we were there. I suggest if you want Spa services you let the property know in advance.

Location very near the airport down a dirt road that made us second guess ourselves. Then they open the gate and you enter a beautiful, lush garden that is just soooo well taken care of. I was blown away. Felt like I had gone to visit a fancy botanical garden. Very nice pool. Angie that runs in is extremely nice although we had a bit of a language barrier. Breakfast was very basic of fruit with yogurt and granola on it and toast. You can order eggs but it isn't included. Our rooms were like round igloos and very cute.

Bar was very minimally stocked. No white wine. Rooms had a bit of a wierd cleaning material smell.

Tsaakik is a beautiful hidden gem tucked away in a peaceful location, but very convenient for the airport. Marienne is really friendly and helpful. Food was cooked to order and they were very happy to make me food that fit my dietary restrictions (GF/DF pescatarian). It’s very quiet and great if you want a natural retreat experience. I would stay at Tsaakik next time I’m in Cancun and highly recommend.

The AC was a bit too powerful so I had to keep switching it on and off. It’s helpful to let them know when you’d like your meals as there’s not always staff around but with that information they were very attentive.

From the very moment I landed I was taken care of by the amazing staff who made sure I know how to get to the hotel. It was an overnight stay after a long haul flight and everything was absolutely amazing. The room was exactly like shown in photos. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, aircon, lovely outside seating area. The garden is amazing with many lovely bushes and flowers. Mariel and other members of staff did everything they could to make sure my stay was as flawless and comfortable as possible. Delicious food I had for breakfast and lunch! I also took an advantage of the massage offered and it was divine. Muy agradecida por ser recibida con tanto cariño y amor. Siempre que pueda regresaré!

Realy nice and tranquile place near the Airport with lovely staff. My flight from Europe arrived in the afternoon. I booked the hotel for the first night to rest and relax after long journey. Could'nt have a more relaxing place in the near area of Cancun airport.

It is a paradise between walls. Do not expext a nice and lively area. You need car or taxi to go somewhere. For me this was ok. There is a bar at the hotel for drinks and a light meal.

The place is lush and gorgeous and the rooms charming and comfortable. It’s close to the airport and a a great (less expensive) alternative to the big hotels. Angie, who seems to be in charge of everything, is lovely.

This is not a criticism, but Tsaakik seems oddly vacant. Only two rooms were occupied and Angie seemed to be doing everything herself. It was kind of amateur hour but charming and comfortable.

The Hotel is only a short taxi journey from the airport, the owner was waiting for us and made us immediately welcome, our room was ready and comfortable. Cold beer and food available at any time. The hotel garden is absolutely beautiful, a jungle setting, beautifully maintained with a lovely pool. Breakfast and lunch were freshly prepared and delicious. We would definitely stay there again on transit to the UK.

This place is a beautiful gem in midsts of the big hustle and bustle of Cancun. It's a quiet Mayan oasis. We stayed at a standard room (igloo) and it was roomy, comfortable and very cool. Super comfy bed and very pretty bathroom. All rooms have a sitting area. And the garden is everything you could expect from a Mayan Oasis. The staff was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. They also have delicious food and breakfast was included (always a bonus).

Nothing. Only spending one night. Can't wait to go back and do some spa treatments.

Hotel territory is amazing, there is so quiet and green. Personal is so friendly and they are open to assist with any request. It is so nice place to stay for several nights. Also, the airport is very close to the hotel. And the uber is much cheaper to use.

Only breakfast is available in the hotel. If you need meat or seafood you have to go out. A jacuzzi was not working in a room.
