We booked this as it is close to the airport and we had a very early flight. The staff were helpful and booked a taxi. The restaurant was reasonably priced and food good. The pool and garden were nice for our very short stay.

The description in booking.com says airport shuttle which influenced our decision to book here, this is not the case,. The staff will book a taxi which is around $450mxn. The hotel is basically behind a big wall, and it didn't seem like there was anything around. if you were staying longer than overnight this could be limiting.

Quiet area, clean room and facilities

When I booked I request free shuttle transportation airport-hotel-airport, I had to pay for the transportation, as much as if I requested a taxi from the airport, this increases the final price. Breakfast not very good, orange juice terrible

All the staff members were very nice, polite and helpful. The room was large and had a nice bathroom. The pool area is stunning and perfect to enjoy the sun and have a swim. The breakfast was nothing special but tasted good and the server (I believe his name is Manuel) was super friendly. Check in and check out was very easy and quick.

The only thing that I have to criticize is the shuttle service, although I dont think it was the hotels fault, I had to wait for a long time and the communication didnt work too well. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner (around 7) which was a bit of a bummer but it's easy to order food via uber eats etc.

We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.

Everything was lovely! …. just as depicted in the photos. We arrived very late but we’re met at the door and helped up with our luggage. Our room was very large, had a very comfortable bed and and the bathroom was spotless! We had a nice breakfast on the patia and spend the day by the pool and in the hammocks prior to our flight home

its a little off the beaten track. Wasn’t a problem for us. We loved the adventure but it’s a taxi ride to get to anything if you want to get off the property

this is a hidden gem. we only stayed a night and chose it due to airport closeness. it’s not actually that close and there is nothing much around it in terms of shops, restaurants etc, but it is a wonderful oasis of friendly service, comfy rooms, gorgeous garden (with pool and cabana) and a decent restaurant. if u have a car (there was a parking area) the lack of nearby services would not be a problem. we also met people who used taxis - saying that was still cheaper and less hassle than car rental.

No services nearby (not a problem for us) We organised a shuttle pickup from the airport and this went a little awry - leaving us checking in much later, hungry and tired but staff quickly sorted things and gave us a free retn shuttle back to the airport in the morning. we really appreciated this.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was lovely although no one spoke english. The restaurant is limited with a few selections but what I ate was delicious. The breakfast is skimpy and they didn't serve until 7:30 a.m. so most people had left for early flights. I would have left before the restaurant opened too except that my flight was canceled. Flights of many of the guests had been canceled because of a storm. Most of us found this lovely hotel because we needed a hotel close to the airport. My stay would have been much more enjoyable had they had a little corner pantry with sodas, water, muffins, etc to take to the airport for an early flight. For a last minute reservation because of weather delays the price wasn't that bad and the property was very well maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The restaurant is limited with only a few selections. The breakfast is skimpy and they don't serve until 7:30 a.m. so most people had already left for early flights. So you're charged for a breakfast you can't eat. I didn't like the remote feeling it had and the roads in that area are not good. My taxi driver had to search for the property.

Very nice place where you feel like at home. There are comments below about the location- that it is hard to find the property, I wouldn't agree because following Google maps we found it immideately. There are comments that someone didn't like to take the luggage upstairs. I mean ok, there is no elevator, but we are talking about 1 staircase, what's the problem :D if you don't want to spend 450mxn $ for a taxi, just start looking for Uber cab 30-40 min in advance. Yes, it is a long wait, but you save a lot. In the first half of the day I found a car in Uber in 15minutes only (which is fast for Cancun). In total, I liked the hotel and I think this is a wonderful option for 1-3 nights! Their breakfast is very good too :) The swimming pool area is the best!

Everything is ok

The pool area is especially pretty at night. The lobby and indoor water feature were lovely. Great value for money with a good breakfast included

Room was a bit dated and space and due to a heavy down pour we did have some mild flooding in the corridor from our back door to the bedroom - wasn't a major issue at all just worth a mention incase you had soft textiles or shoes on the floor as the wardrobe is in that area.

The guacamole was very nice and the staff is very friendly!

We couldn't take the pool towels to the beach they would not be returned properly. Unfortunately the towels were generally not in good condition - neither the ones for the pool nor the ones in the room - there were stains on them and they were already in a very used condition. Although the food from the menue was very nice (we had the guacamole and the fajitas for dinner twice), the included breakfast wasn't convincing at all.
