The rooms are a decent size and has everything you may need. I enjoyed the aspect of having a restaurant on site and not having to go outside. The restaurant food had a lot of options and loved the arrachera dish. Breakfast is a lot of food options and staff is so friendly.

When you first arrive you are not sure where the door is, it makes it look uninviting, and the neighborhood makes you feel unsafe. One staff member was not helpful and other days other staff where helpful and friendly. When asking for an extra towel, I received an old towel that was worn down.

I am positive we received an upgraded room which was wonderful as what I was expecting to see from the location.

The room door. Seemed to be easy for someone to break down to get in our room. Just a regular plywood door you see on a closet door at home. We only stayed for one night, but if I were to stay longer this would most be a concern for me. We ended up staying here due to a 5 am flight leaving islas mujeres, so those who need to be on the land for a quick flight this was great.

Super clean room, YouTube premium subscription on the TV and good condition system. Fair price cafeteria and helpful staff. Thanks for the receptionist, she borrowed me an adaptor ( I have returned it to your male colleague XD

Too far from the beach, but the bus 1 or 2 will bring you there (30 mins). Close to local shops and restaurants. The prices are 5 times less than in the hotel zone

The staff. They were very kind and respectful.

The air conditioner. The one in our room did a horrible sound, which made it impossible to sleep with. It needs maintenance.

The best available option for the price during the high season. Pool, restaurant, about a 20 minute walk to downtown, other shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. Probably a good option if you have a car.

Not in town, but there are shops and restaurants nearby. We prefer to stay closer to center, this was a fine emergency option.

Huge and extremely comfortable bed.. Nice powerful shower, great location and amazing value for money considering the area.

Well, the hotel is cheap and clean. Basically all you need to spend a night and then to move on.

The hotel is cheap, etc., but yet it tries to be complicated - you have to fill out maybe five different papers, enter your details once again (although booked through booking.com). Then they scan your passport. And cherry on the cake is 20 digit Wifi password that you have to manually enter into your device. For a comparison - in another hotel we just simply signed one paper and the wifi password was 4 digits.

This is a budget hotel. Best way to describe it is tired. Pool clean. I would like to mention 2 staff...Hernand (chef in restaurant) and Ismael (at front desk). Both went out of the way to provide excellent service. Overall if you want a basic hotel this place is good value.

Neighbourhood run down...not a place to take a walk at night. Very bad internet...if needed for your work don't go here. Not only very slow but works only intermittently
