The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay much comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was considerate, friendly and always making sure that I got attended too. Front desk personnel did an awesome job.I like the food and room service. I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. My daughter was very sick and everyone made it so easier for us by assisting with taxi to go to doctor. Preparations of soup meals for her . Playing with her so she can get distracted. Overall I would like to thank everyone for the support and hospitality.

The location of the room was great as well as the physical location of the property. The staff was awesome. Thanks to Leilani for easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great but the very same thing everyday. Not great for someone staying more than 3 days. We were not able to get in the pool so won't comment.

Would have been nice to have an elevator but ok. I wished the breakfast was varied after a couple of days. Really missing was a minibar or fridge and coffee maker in the room. Overall was great. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and also very helpfull with arranging taxis and tours. Rooms were standard and good. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Pool was very cold, room was clean but some spots were not very clean(e.x. mirror and a stain on a sheet). Big window to the corridor and the lighr was always on and the blind did not fully block it out, which meant we always had some light coming in during the night.

I know Wyndham took over not too long ago and because it is Wyndham we chose to stay there. Some things need to be addressed, like some rooms did not have hot water and they did not know when it was going to be available, so we had to take a room w/out hot water. The restaurant was not equipped with supplies for lunch. They did not have hamburger buns and for breakfast they were limited. Hopefully, it will get better.

The service was excellent because the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that the hotel is near to the seaside where all the family-friendly activities are located.

While the rooms are also clean and comfortable, I thought they would be much bigger with a larger bathroom.

I liked the appeal, the parking area in the back. Breakfast was good, pool seemed satisfactory. I liked bathroom, esp the shower. Dtaff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location.

Didn't like the smell of the toilet paper.

The breakfast is good, ok...room is clean but a bit small, ac is good and tv with cable, and option with smart tv. Its close to the walk from the park and by the sea. It seems like a old hotel that was remodeled. There is still some aspect that look a bit old. A bit of humid smell. But to spend the night is ok and comfortable.

I like that the employees were very friendly like David and Liliana not sure if I spell it correctly it's a very unique name but cannot forget her kindness and friendly face.🤗 they both have excellent customer service,trying to make sure that me and my family settle in,also the breakfast was great..

Central location to the ferry terminal, 100 pesos in a taxi from the ADO bus terminal. Great night market for food around the corner at the sea front. Good buffet breakfast

Stairs in hotel were different heights and not standard, if you have walking difficulties ask for a ground or first floor
