Large 3 bedroom, 1.5bathroom villa was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had space. The full sized kitchen was handy for prepping food and full sized dinningroom was convenient to eat in comfort right in our villa. The pool was nice for an evening dip. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The balcony and front patio was a great area to enjoy and relax too. 5 min drive from downtown and Super Market.

It was not a negative but it was a 25 min walk from Ferry and downtown area. Could be long carrying bags in sun/heat. I would recommend taking taxi. Also consider renting a car for 24 hours to get around area with ease.

We booked a villa for our family for one night and everything was great. The price we paid for everything was well worth it, definitely recommend this place. The villa is spacious, clean and has everything we needed. The place felt really safe, the staff was kind and polite. The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome, very polite and explained everything very clearly. The outside area, where all the villas and rooms are situated is amazing, the details and decorations we saw were wonderful, we were really impressed how everything was organized. If you come with your bikes, there is a special place for them, where they are safely stored, that was a big plus for us, because we rented bikes to explore the island.

We were expecting something else when we saw that a continental breakfast was included in our rate. It was actually just coffee and some marmalade with bread at another restaurant, outside of the property. The restaurant and that staff was amazing and the food delicious, we do not regret eating there, but just be aware, if you decide to go there and get something extra from the menu, you need to pay for it, around 100-200 pesos/person, which is still a good deal, because the food was delicious.

Better communication and coordination needed between la casa mission and hotel colibri because I week a couple of times for breakfast and they were closed for an event. I wish someone from the hotel informed us before walking there just to be turned around. There should be either a section just for hotel colibri guests or an alternative restaurant.

Super friendly and helpful front desk reception. Charming outdoor space. The rooms have character, some more rustic than others, and they’re pretty spacious and clean.

We had two rooms and the one that was more rustic had a lot of gaps between the doors and windows that let a lot of the AC escape. It’s also a good 15 min walk to the town center.

ReaRea El lugar es tal y como las fotos lo indican .the place is fantastic and the location is great easy to buy food the pool is clean and the ladies in the front desk are really nice definitely I'll come back in December or next June and I want to mention that a day before my check out. I decided to stay more days and they gave me the same room for the same price that was great so I didn't change my room until the last day.. I really appreciate it what they did for me . Thanks ladies

Breakfast of "sweet breads" was just fine. Some fresh fruit would have been amazing! The coffee was not to my liking but we were provided with a coffee maker and we made our own. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Hot water heater is SMALL. Not even enough hot water for one family member to take a shower. The rest of us had luke warm showers but it was ok since we were there during nice weather. Additional blankets would have been nice. The blankets on the bed are very thin.

Everything was great. Spacious. Two story condo. Cozy. Comfortable beds, great service , nice yard, excellent location away from hotel mile. Terrace and balcony, two toilets, parking space. Home away from home. We would love to stay there again.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The breakfast spot was pretty and they served nice breakfast (the continental breakfast that’s included is only coffee and some bread so we ordered something extra every morning for around 7 dollars pp)

The shower didn’t have a shower head and you had super hot water for a minute and then the shower turned cold.

Jessica was amazing. She arranged to change because of our noisy neighbours. She is really kind and helpful. Good to know, hotel offers rental at fair rate. It's second time I stayed here and I definitely recommend. The staff makes the difference.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioner is way too close to bed so you can’t really use it when sleeping cause it blows straight on top of you. My boyfriend got a cold beacause of that. Our room didn’t have windows so it got hot if we decided not to use air conditioner
