The location of this place is truly exceptional. It is situated right at the heart of all the restaurants and activities, making everything easily accessible within walking distance. The host goes above and beyond to provide helpful assistance. Moreover, both the room and the shared areas are meticulously maintained, exuding a beautiful ambiance.

The only minor concern I can mention is that during the night, if other guests are utilizing the shared spaces (outdoor area), their conversations or activities can be audible, which may affect your sleep quality.

If your looking for something next level and very close to 5th Ave then do yourself a favour and book this modern contemporary apartment with excellent facilities that really create an environment you won’t want to leave. The internal design of the apartments that LOTE4 offer are beautiful and so clean making them such a pleasure to stay in during your visit. If you want to escape the Caribbean heat you can chill and relax around the secluded and private pool area, this is just one of the many highlights this stunning apartment has to offer it’s guests, such a great way to unwind after exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Playa area without hesitation.

The only thing we didn’t like about LOTE4 is we didn’t book it longer.

Excellent location, close to the beach and the center. The place is very cozy, clean and creativity design. There are an a clean pool on the open second floor, big table (good for work and for eat). In the room you can find everything what you need for short stay or vacation (towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner, gel and cream made from local small business, even a bamboo cups for water/cocktail and special towels for pool zone. You can find the small kitchen inside the room with an appliance (small refrigerator, kettle, coffee press, pots, plates and etc), coffee, teabag, sugar. The owners are hospitality, communicative and supporting. The lovely friendly dog inside the general space, clever and gentle. We felt in love in this place. The price is very good. We are 100% satisfied!

It‘s the first time I give 10 points and if possible I also would have given more. It is just a perfect accommodation! First of all the location. It is a little paradise in an otherwise very loud city. You nearly hear nothing from outside what guarantees a good sleep. The accommodation itself has a very stylish and modern interior. They have even Netflix to your free use😉. The kitchen is very well equipped, you have everything you need, even salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. The bathroom is very beautiful and the pool is clean. You even receive beachtowels. The Wifi is the best we‘ve had so far in whole South America we‘ve visited. Jeroen, one of the hosts, is very accommodating, and we really liked the house dog Pop. Long story short, it was just perfect.

The only small thing that was missing, was the hair dryer.

Everything. The room is clean, spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and the pool is great to cool off. Great comfy bed and even a beach basket with towels and cups etc was provided! It's located within 5 minutes walking from the main street. But it's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. On the other side of the street is also a great breakfast location. The hosts are lovely and giving great recommendations for everything. They have a dog which behaves well, nothing to be afraid of. It was a great start for our Yucatan trip. We will definitely come back!

The convenience to so many good locations! The whole upper pool/BBQ level was comfortable and nice. The security of the property was ideal.

Fire ants would come in through the bathroom window everyday and hassle us but only 1 bite. I think there should be a small bottle or pitcher to hold some of the filtered drinking water as the amount that comes out when you are expecting a drink is not enough. If you could filter some and save it then add more you could have enough held in the fridge.

By far one of the best places i stayed in through booking.com. Great apartments. Super clean and cozy. Cleanest pool I've seen in Mexico. Location is great, close to the center but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We came to celebrate our honeymoon and received a cava bottle. Marvin was super helpful with everything and always responsive. Best thing is that we booked 4 nights in this great place.

I usually always find something but it was perfect

What a place! Everything was amazing! Beautiful modern studio, nice terrace and pool. Friendly owner and staff. We are so glad we chose this place. It’s also minutes away from the Main Street but far enough to be able to sleep (since downtown is so noisy). The studio has everything you need to be able to cook or prepare your breakfast in your room. The local supermarket is just minutes away by foot. We definitely recommend this place and will for sure come back one day.

Everything was superb! Nothing to complaint!

There's really nothing bad to say about this place. The owners clearly put a lot of love and thought into designing it, and it's a comfortable, practical, pleasant space to be. The rooftop pool is a very welcome treat and the design of all the rooms and shared spaces is great. The owners are lovely and helpful and they have a very sweet friendly dog! The toiletries were a nice touch and I loved having actual sharp knives and a kitchen space that was pleasant to cook in. Thank you so much!

My stay was absolutely great. The studio is very modern and the owners put a lot of love in every design detail. There was not one thing that I was missing or didn't like. I can highly recommend this unique beautiful spot in Playa del Carmen. The location is btw amazing! It is located in a very trendy neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and Yoga studios.
