Beautiful property, excellent pool area. Surprisingly well priced bar at the pool. Beautiful room, we had the junior suite with balcony. Barely any noise from inside the hotel, which was a first for our stay in Mexico. Friendly staff, helped with our special request to connect the TV in our room to internet so we could watch Netflix.

If your room is facing Av Constituyentes then expect loud traffic noise in your room starting from around 6-7AM each morning.

- No elevators (no problem for us but maybe when you’re older) + staff didn’t help people with their luggage - Kinda pricey - We booked a taxi via the hotel, which turned out to be double the price of booking a normal taxi. Kinda felt ripped off unfortunately. But overall: nothing wrong with the hotel! Would def go again.

I’ve stayed here many of times before because it is always clean and well located and quit.

They used to give breakfast free and this recently changed. The breakfast has always been good, but now you need to choose a room on booking site that includes breakfast. They now charge $10 per day per person breakfast if you don’t book it ahead of time. This change I do not like and while I have stated here several times before, it may cause me to choose a different location that includes breakfast. I will say that the front desk was not accommodating as they usually are but the Manager was very accommodating when I complained.

This was my third stay. The folks at the front desk are very good. The breakfast crew needs some improvement. The cooks need some improvement. They only speak Spanish. So, every morning is a challenge. It can wear one down during an extended stay. The bartenders at the pool bar tend to enter into conversations leading to ignoring the needs of their customers. However, they perk up when there are young ladies they find attractive.

You are entering into an oase of silence, nature,… in the middle of the crowded city center. So peacefull. If preferred you can go to the beach or enjoy swimming in the pool with a cocktail . the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious , clean, nicely decorated, everything you need is available. Breakfast was amazing, so many choises, fresh made omelet by the chef , juices, fruit , vegetables woow Keep in mind they do not have an elevator and the hotel has 3 floors if needed request a room on main floor.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice and helpful people work here. I like the location. Even though it is on the main highway in town, it still is quiet. I had a room towards the rear of the property twice. I prefer these and don't mind walking the stairs since there is no elevator.

Breakfast is okay. Very basic. However, it is a good way to start the day without the hassles of dealing with other places. The breads seemed to be one day old everyday. However, I would still suggest this not be a deterrent.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was great and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and to the beach. Don't let the busy street fool you, because when you enter the hotel, it is a small paradise removed from the busy street outside. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Would absolutely stay here again.

I would request a room farther from the entrance of the hotel the next time we would stay here.
