Great improvements. I have been staying here when I stay in town for the last 20 years. I always enjoy Playa Bonita. I tried the SPA treatment for the first time and that was great! Breakfast buffet is of course the best in town! All the employees are always so friendly and so willing to give you a hand with whatever you need Itzel and Oscar at the bar by the pool were amazing and made our pool lounge drinking days so much fun!

I don't like that they close the pool and spa at 10:00 p.m. I also didn't like that $300 dollars went missing. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THE 20 YEARS PLUS I HAVE BEEN COMING. I did let management know and I wish they would put in safes in the rooms.

The friendly staff..rooms were clean n comfortable...room had a beautiful view of the ocean...24-7 security watching the vehicles n each person had a wrist band so you can tell right away who should be on property or not ...I felt safe and comfortable...for ocean front price was good!!

I hated wearing the wrist bands lol! I kept wanting to take it off... But they were water proof and I felt like they were necessary ....the humidity sucked as well but being in front of ocean it was expected

Everything was good location, facilities it was all we were looking for.

What we didn't like is that it was a place with to many "NO" ×We can't have our cooler at the pool ×It was a little windy and you can't open the canopies ×you can't seat at the edge of the pool even we were taking care of our kids Small things that kind of bother, and security asking every time for your bracelet.

Wonderful location, clean, great security guards. Everything is tiled so there are no strong odors that usually come with carpet, and it helps those of us out with asthma. Looks recently remodeled with modern touches.

Bed was very hard and it was very loud. However some people prefer a hard bed and I was unaware of how much people drink around there. Apparently it is common. It isn't the hotels fault that drinkers were very loudly stumbling in at all hours of the night. You can not access the private beach without staying at one of the hotels and the beach was worth the uncomfortable bed and noisy night.

We loved everything, it is an amazing place to relax with family. You don't need to take the car if you don't feel like it, there is everything you need at the complex. Plus, everyone was very nice and helpful and it felt really safe to stay there. I totally recommend it!

Personnel at the hotel were excellent, everyone was attentive and responsive. The room was very clean. Had a great refrigerator. Restaurant food was very good. Loved the atmosphere at the hotel, loved the location of the hotel. Enjoyed the intimate feeling of the hotel. Greatly appreciated the security one night when there was a group of disruptive guests late at night.

A few suggestions, a tighter seal on the door so light won't come through from the hallway. Longer shower curtains so that water would stay in the shower not go all over the floor. A more comfortable bed. The bed was very hard. More pillows on the bed. A Tighter seal around the heating/cooling unit, which whistled unless the window or door was opened.

when you hang a “do not disturb” sign on your door but you find someone cleaning your room anyway. communication with the cleaning lady’s which is part my fault for not being able to speak Spanish.

Exceptional location and the pools and hot tubs were wonderful! we loved the restaurant - great food at reasonable prices. A short walk along the beach to get to the town.

We found the showers were cool in the am. Would be nice to have chairs and a table in the room, and reading lights.

We had a great time. Everything worked well, and I think part of that was how safe we felt. Security personnel always made sure people in the facilities were authorized to be there and all the staff very friendly and helpful
