We liked the location. Its right by the beach, not too close to the city but not too far from the city. We like it quiet and chill and this was perfect. Perfect view of the water. Staff is friendly and quick. While we were out my partner mentioned we needed toilet paper, so i texted via email. We were maybe 30 mins out, and when we got back they already put toilet paper in our room. They offer massages on the beach or on ur patio.This was the second time i stayed there snd will for sure stay again. Can recommend.

No restaurant or bar in walking distance. But that wasnt really a problem for us.

The view was amazing. The setup down by the beach and the privacy was great!! Would definitely book again! Make sure you have vehicle if you plan to stay here.

I opted to be charged upon arrival, but my card was charged a week before our arrival. Not having breakfast available, even though it's included on the booking. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE WATER!! we didn't have water to shower 2 of the mornings. Make sure you have a car. The location is far from any stores. Watch your step. A month later I'm still recovering from a twisted ankle. No room service so our floor got sandy. A broom would've been nice.

The beach is very private and just perfect. Every room has a view, which is delightful. The rooms themselves are simple and comfortable and were clean.

For us, we loved the fact that it is tucked away in a residential area. For people looking for the bustle of Sandy Beach and lots of bars and restaurants, it isn't the right choice. But for me, that's what makes it such a great place to stay!

Its a quaint little place on Los Conchas away from the touristy stuff that’s on the other side of the city. They have an amazing elevated beach area with chaise lounges, chairs and palm Fran umbrellas . It’s quiet, peaceful and truly relaxing. If you are here for luxury amenities then you might feel let down. This place has all the necessities: Cute clean and right on the beach!

I recognize that they need time to clean for the next guest but a 12 pm checkout would be such a draw. All other places have been moving from 11 to 10 am checkouts. Give your guests an extra hour in Paradise and they will love your for it.

This hotel is right on the beach, far from the noise of Sandy Beach and it is just the perfect ocean getaway. I love the lounges and umbrellas they provide and the fact that every room has an ocean view balcony. It's just a great, chill spot.

Everything was great! The only think that could be improved is the wall unit A/C, which is super loud. If there were screens in the doors, I would have skipped the a/c and left the door open at night, which would have been super nice with the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves.

The Villa room was perfect for my husband, myself and 2 children. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the large balcony. The grounds are well kept. There was plenty of hot water for showering. There are a lot of steps down to the beach which was fine, a bit tiring on the way back up, especially if we were hauling beach items. A room attendant would come each day to change out our towels which was ideal. There was a full sized kitchen, large island with stools, a king sized bed and bunkbeds for the kids. There was one more twin that could be pulled out from under the bunkbeds. The owner was prompt in responding to any questions & offered to coordinate any activities we were interested in. This property was easy to get to and had ample parking space.

This could be too many steps for some people.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are quaint and cozy. The view is amazing! The staff is so attentive! Karina was soooo very helpful!!! The property is just far enough that it’s quiet but easy drives to all the great restaurants in Rocky Point! Already planning a trip back and will continue to as often as we can!

Did not like the hair on pillows, large holes in sheets, loose toilet seat, power outage, and broken satellite tv. The manager was able to get someone out for the tv but it took hours as the guy had to run a new cable. Definitely wish they allowed a dog vs zero pets.

I've been coming to RP for years, this may be my new favorite place. The private slice of beach was very sandy - almost no rocks. The room was adorable. I'd love to come back when the bed and breakfast is open.

My only complaints - the A/C unit is very loud aand I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. I think a mattress topper, sturdier frame and box spring would help.

Location is amazing, not a lot of rocks on the beach. Bed was super comfy.

It was storming bad when we were there one of the nights , electricity was out from around 3am to 8ish, it was really hot and stuffy in there and the ceiling started leaking on us in our faces when we were sleeping.
