The facility felt very secure. Not only was there a door lock, the hotel compound had an electronically locked gate. The rooms were very nice. The bed and couch were comfortable. There were separate air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, though only the owner speaks much English. It is within easy walking distance of a gas station, convenience store, and grocery store (my mom is older and she made it). The pool is deep all the way across and part of it was shaded during the hot part of the day. There's also a nice seating area and restroom near the pool.

The location was quite far from the center, which made going into town a bit expensive since with the heat waiting for a bus sounded awful. I also disliked the chairs because had very narrow legs and I didn't feel comfortable sitting on them.

Hidden treasure and cool design (minimalistic concrete design). The pool is very nice (good length to swim) but could be maintained a bit more. Possibility to do BBQ in the garden/pool area is super lovely as well! The bed is super comfy and the apt equipped simply but sufficient. Supermarkets close by in walking distance.

As I said, the pool is very nice but could be maintained a bit more. It was not very clean and on the first day there was dog or cat poo in the pool :-( We heard the cleaner comes every week, so I assume it was just bad luck. Water took about 5min to heat up so we showered mostly with cold water (which is okay if it's 28/30 degree outside). The fan in the bedroom was super noisy unfortunately (not centered very well so there was a constant noise).

They responded quickly to our messages, so the communication was good. Nice and clean rooms. The kitchen was well equipped. We felt safe and there was free parking. Ramiro did his best to make us feel comfortable.

Pictures in this advertisement are not accurate and should be better, because the stay itself looked way better in real 😀.

Everytime we used the toilet we had to push a button to close the cap, so the water would fill up in the tank, not a huge deal, more of an annoyance.

Clean and modern apartment. Basic kitchen utilities are available: 2 stoves, frying pan and a stew pan, plates and cutlery and a fridge. AC and Wi-Fi works very well. Host is very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and there are supermarkets in the vicinity.

Bed is quite small, it's about 150cm width and 190cm long. If you are short, its no problem. The bed linnen/mattress is very synthetic and thus it does not breath very well. Be careful of dog poo in the common area.

If you have a car and don't have to stick to city center, this is the best option you can find around (I have also tried other apartments in Yukatan - far behind this one in this price range). Clean, with roomservice, safe/closed parking, safe area, loot of good food options around, acess to nearby highway. Was here already twice.

Everything is very new and clean, pool is amazing and deep, good size for swimming. It was quiet and comfortable. Close to the supermarket. A person that check us in was very attentive and pleasant. Well equipped kitchen. We didn’t want to leave))

A bit too far to the downtown, due to traffic 40 minutes. Would appreciate coffee /sugar in the room.

Couldn’t use the kitchen because the ants wouldn’t go away no matter how much I sprayed There were some type of black worms in the bathroom sink that wouldn’t die despite pouring bleach, etc. They just live in the sink along the edges.

There are no extra services, but the pool is great if you like to swim laps.

Location, 50 minutes from the center, so unless you have transportation forget about 'quick jumps' to the city.
