The lack of room service (food and drinks)

Place was nice. Check in easy and the lady nice. Room spotless and well prepared. Bed comortable.

Shower in the morning the water took forever to get hot, and it wasn't hot.. Terrible. No guides to using the things in the room. Had to guess. No one said to use the mag room card in the elevator. The mag card to enter the room, the door was sticky and didn't open right. Weird. The staff on check out was a little arrogant. It was not immediately clear to me why. But he helped me with transportaion under difficult onditions. No taxis available; got an unber and the guy got lost. Check out guy's English was only passble. My Spanish was better, but he seemed to insist on English. I experience this all the time, so nothing new.

This is a clean, polished hotel. The kitchen area is fully stocked so we were able to make a few basic meals which is great. The location is great if you want to take day trips to Progreso, but it is very far from the Centro. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Rooftop is nice.

- The hotel decoration and design is completely bland and seems to come from a generic corporate template. If you don't want to feel like you are in Mexico or away from home, you can pretend here. - The music! They have speakers throughout the hotel common areas playing the same station 24/7, a kind of electronic techno station. Again, it's all about keeping it generic. Heaven forbid someone hears a real song. Don't get me wrong, there's a time and place for good dance music, but why are we listening to techno music at 7am for breakfast? - The rooms don't have balconies, which is strange for a place that is warm year-round. The rooftop pool area is nice though.

Excelente location , comfortable, clean, spacious room, great staff.

A couple of nights was to noisily. Next door guest was loudly talking and watching tv until 3am.

Staff was great, they really hear what you say and act accordingly. I’ll book next time there.

maybe the location for walking around. it is across the street from a mall so we walked there quite a bit. not a bad thing but it was farther from more local shops and eateries

Everything is good. Rooms are big and modern. Newly built hotel with Marriott quality touch. Close to Galarias Mall and other restaurants and supermarkets.

Food service is limited to breakfast only. The pool bar was closed during our stay. It would be really helpful to have several umbrellas during rainy seasons, so that clients can use to walk to nearby Galarias mall.

Location was great! My kids enjoyed going to the mall across the way. I got to be honest the breakfast was not my type. The room coffee was good.

We had a lovely stay here. It's extremely comfortable and the staff is lovely. Great wifi. Pool, gym, shops nearby. Everything you need. I would recommend staying here.

Facilities and room are exceptional. Very clean and neat. All Personnel have extremely good attention, Price is a little bit high since there are other alternatives in the near area.

I will like to suggest to add more dishes in the breakfast buffet or maybe not repeat the same dishes all days. It is good to make some changes.
