Pool and outdoor patio with comfortable lounge chairs were steps from our room. Pool overlooked the ocean which was steps from the front door of hotel. Restaurant downstairs served lunch and dinner, and we had a discount on its sister restaurant for breakfast. Pacific was warm.

It would be wonderful if Mexican tap water could be drunk. Hotel was gracious to fill my water bottle as well as to supply as many plastic water bottles as we desired. As a Floridan wearing sunscreen, I still got sunburned as temperature in 90s, but the breeze over the ocean allowed the air to feel much cooler. Missed the tropical fish that could be seen on other side of the Yucatan.

THE HOTEL IS ON THE BEACH FRONT WITH A BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT CLOSE TO ALL RESTAURANTS AND BARS SHOPS .IT IS SO COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN .THE BEDS ARE GREAT .NEW LINES CLEAN TOWELLS HOUSE KEEPING DO A GREAT JOB WITH AMENITIES.VERY VERY CLEAN .

THE ROOM I HA DWAS VERY SMALL WITH NO VIEWS .I ARRIVED AT 2 GOT MY ROOM AT 4 WHIC IS OK BEACH AND POOL ARE AVAILABLE .MY PARTNER LOST THE ONLY KEY THEY GIVE US AND LOST IT THEY CHARGED ME 50 $ US FOR A NEW KEY WHICH I DONT LIKE .I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR MY ROOM ON MY CARD ONE FOR BOOKING .COM 2 MORE OF 157 .26. 117 .000 OTHER THAN GETTING OVERCHARGED HOTEL IS GREAT .

Excellent location. Lovely restaurant- great food and atmosphere. Beach just across the Malecon. Very nice patio by the on the second level overlooking the Beach.

We stayed in Room 208. Although the bed and the linens were very comfortable, the bed make a loud creaking sound when you sat ion the bed. The room was a good size, but it was dark and lacked a cozy feel - no seating area, no table to use your computer, or just sit and have a beverage. Also, there was no outlet by the mirror, nor was there a mirror where the outlet was - made it very difficult to blow dry your hair. These items are easy fixes, and would improve the rating of your Hotel. The Hotel is more expensive than comparable Hotels in the same area.

Location, cleanliness, service.

New hotel so in good condition but seagulls come to defecate on the side of the pool every late afternoon. The cheapest solution would be to put a plastic owl at one end of the pool to avoid it or at least having a staff member dedicated to clean the side of the pool and fill it a bit more to make it swimmable (water level is definitely too low). We would also recommend the hotel to add a chair and a second trash can to every room to make our stay even nicer. The front desk staff is exceptional (David, Alfonso and Celes) made this stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back soon.

I loved every second at this hotel.. every one was very nice to me and my partner. We did a king size deluxe room beach front and got exactly that. The best part is that the Resturant is top tier when it comes to sea food and also stake. Since they barely opened, everything was 5 stars for me… I would say give it a try and you won’t be disappointed 😄 I made my reservation in booking.com and it was very easy. Thank you hotel scappata for making this a memorable place.

I really enjoyed everything. I would say keep up the good work and the business will grow during time. As a new experience everyone in staff did an amazing job. I will for sure recommend family members and friends.

Staff was responsive. The hotel looked lovely. Cleaning of room was timely and well done. Location was fabulous. View from ocean front balcony was great. Felt very safe.

No wash cloths, just bath and hand towels. No refrigerator in room. The ocean front suite had limited furniture, nightstands, table/desk, one chair. Made it very uncomfortable. No place to put your suitcase or for two people to sit. Restaurant menu did not have beach friendly menu when ordering from the beach. Seagulls swarming the pool.

Location and appearance.

Room remodel choices seemed cheap and cosmetic (painted title in the shower, old mattress, flimsy door, old school lock…etc. given the look, vibe, and price point that the hotel is going for. Tiny shallow pool seemed to be there more for looks, as opposed to function. On-site restaurant was over priced and the food was average.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous.

They required a damage deposit at check-in and charge fees if you want to bring your own food or drinks to the room. Seemed a little tacky and the check in process was annoying with a list of a bunch of rules.

i loved the location right by everything.

I didn't like that it was a public beach though. i also thought the door to the room was rather thin so a bit scary to think anyone can push it in. But i'd stay there again.

Excellent hotel! Ocean front with a great beach, plus plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The nicest hotel at the beach from what we could tell.

We had to rent a beach chair, it would be awesome if that was included
