The hotel was a little out of the centre in a quiet, safe and attractive area. It was comfortable with a good-sized room and we enjoyed a good breakfast each morning. It was easy to walk from there into the centre. We also found several good places to eat not far from the hotel. The staff looked after us extremely well and helped arrange a couple of trips for us. They were always keen to make sure everything was perfect for us. We arrived there early morning by train from Romania but they allowed us to check in and gave us access to our room which was a great help. When it was time to leave, they sorted out the taxi that would take us on to our next destination. Full marks to all of them.

The hotel and the room were clean and the reception by the employee at night was great. He helped me out with water. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location is not perfect but still good. The late checkout that was granted to me is also rated positively. The outdoor area belonging to the restaurant, which is also used for breakfast, is absolutely great. That was the positive part of my review.

However, it remains incomprehensible to me how an overall rating of 9.2 comes about. They describe the rooms as "Decorated in cheerful, classical colours", I would describe it as old-fashioned with a bit of "post-soviet". There is no lift and you still use keys with fobs here ... just like in the old days. The breakfast was nothing more than a standard buffet. By no means a "fabulous breakfast" as it says in the description on Booking. I am not satisfied with the price-performance ratio and did not extend my stay after one night but changed hotels. In my opinion, an investment is needed to bring the hotel up to a contemporary standard.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly upon check-in. The room was spacious and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. The WiFi service was quite reliable, requiring only a single login, which was very convenient. I didn't have the chance to dine at the on-site restaurant, but the menu appeared to be very exciting and promising.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. A few minor drawbacks were the lack of an elevator; however, the porter was always cheerful and ready to assist with luggage. The breakfast offered was simple but satisfactory.

The hotel has excellent customer service. I was warmly welcomed by the staff during check in and throughout my stay, I was made to feel like a VIP. The property also has rooms that are quite spacious, clean, and comfortable at very affordable prices. The breakfast offered in the morning was delicious and the restaurant at this property offers local Moldovan/Romanian cuisine at wonderful prices.

No complaints. This place was wonderful! Too bad that a jacuzzi or pool are not available, but other than that my stay at the Luna Hotel was perfect.

Before we found this hotel, we had a very bad experience with another hotel in Chisinau and were happy when we found Luna. We have already stayed at Luna several times (it is not our first visit) and are still very pleased with this hotel. Very quiet hotel, spacious rooms, good soundproofing. The hotel is located next to the hospital, but we rarely heard ambulance sirens and they never bothered us, on the contrary - the hotel never had problems with disconnection / lack of water supply or electricity (as other hotels in Chisinau, judging by the reviews). Nearby (in 500 metres) there is a grocery supermarket N1, ATMs, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city centre. The rooms have everything we need, air conditioning, mini-fridge, electric kettle, a small set of tea and 2 bottles of water as a bonus, good stable Wi-Fi. Breakfast at the hotel is beyond praise! A decent version of a European breakfast with elements of Moldovian cuisine - there will definitely be 1-2 dishes with cottage cheese, this is our favourite breakfast. The hotel also has its own restaurant with a summer terrace, we dined at the restaurant several times (steak, soups), everything was very tasty and at an adequate price. Pleasant staff at the reception, attentive, always security at the entrance to the hotel. A couple of times we checked in late in the evening closer to midnight - I informed the hotel in advance and we were checked in without any problems. On our next visits to Chisinau, we will definitely stay in Luna, highly recommended.

Great location, short walking distance to Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, Strada Bucuresti, Dinamo Stadium and the beautiful Dendrariu Park. Felt safe to walk around even during late evenings. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant downstairs is very good, with wonderful Moldovan/Romanian/Ukrainian dishes.

Room was clean but a bit dated, so may need upgrades. No elevators is a challenge but climbing up and down stairs was good exercise :)

This is a very comfortable, well-appointed and well-run hotel. My room was spacious, and comfortable and well-furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is also a nice restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating, attached to the hotel. It was also very good value for money, at least when I stayed there. It is very conveniently located for the city center In every respect, this is a remarkably well-run hotel in its price and comfort category. Congratulations to the staff and management! I will certainly stay there again should I return to Chishinau.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

I liked my stay at Luna Hotel very much! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t expect my room to be so big and comfortable. I managed to eat breakfast only once and regretted that I didn’t do it before. There was a wide variety of food from scrambled eggs to yogurt and fruits. I liked also that there were a lot of plants in the building— it gave the place very lovable appearance and fresh air.

It was a bit inconvenient to carry the room keys, but I always could leave it on the check-in desk.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms are large and the staff was very helpful (English was not a problem). The bar downstairs was quite nice and the breakfast was included and was very filling and good (lots of sausages, meats, eggs, etc.). The hotel is near the main downtown area and is an easy walk to most places. Quiet neighborhood as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is excellent, both at the front desk and at the restaurant. The location is very good, at least for my purpose. Anyway, it is a 1o minutes walk from the very centre. The hotel is missing nothing for a regular business stay. The restaurant is highly recommended - the food is excellent, and the wines are amazing. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will be glad to return.
