We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Diplomat, and it was a truly outstanding experience. The hotel itself is brand new, and is modern and elegant throughout. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service from the staff. Iva and Maja made us feel extremely welcome our whole trip. They helped book us Padel courts, and had lots of great recommendations. In true Montenegro style they made us welcome with all the shots of Rajika! This was the best and nicest hotel we stayed at in all of Montenegro, Albania and Croatia. Thanks for having us!

The hotel was well located, in an area that was not too busy and not super far from the main beach and Budva Old Town. The receptionists were also very helpful and nice constantly attending to our needs. The rooms were beautiful and very clean as well, the pool (though a little small) was perfectly clean comfortable and nice to swim in - especially as it was not too busy when we went. Overall, my stay was incredible - i really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend & wish my stay was much longer. The breakfast was also good and there is a really nice place to sit outside and eat, the staff was also great and very lovely to speak with.

Brand new, flawless! Excellent eye for a modern detail and exceptional service! Thanks to receptionist Iva we had an amazing boat tour and walk in Budva and Kotor, arranged by Jack travel. Looking forward to stay with you in September again!

The staff was exceptionally friendly , they made our stay unforgettable. We loved the rooftop swimming pool and free water and biscuits . The cleaning did a great job as well every day .

The room is smaller than expected > looks more spacious on pictures . For me the breakfast was a little bit too simple for a 4 star hotel , I expected more . Maybe working together with the restaurant would be a good idea to make the breakfast more special . In the shower they use small bottles for shampoo & shower gel > not really environmental friendly.

Every thing it’s excellent and thanks Eva and Marcia and everyone in the hotel very supportive and always keep smiling and sure I will suggest this hotel for everyone visit Montenegrin- Budva.

The hotel is new, fully comfortable, extremely clean and cosy. The rooftop pool is small, but you have a lot of places to sit and enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains and sea. I totally recommend choosing this hotel, even though it's a bit far from the old town, but close to the sea. The staff was also super nice and helpful.

I would love to give 10/10, but the breakfast was below the average. It was not diversified, and not really of a great quality. Vegetarians do not have too many options, and vegans have almost none.

Diplomat Hotel, thank you very much. I was traveling alone and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I am especially grateful to Mrs. Maja at the reception. The hotel was new and cleaner than I expected. and the hotel's restaurant was super, both the food and the prices. 7 minutes walk to the sea. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, fruit shop and small cafes right in front of the hotel. There are markets and cafes on the way from the hotel to the sea. I chose Slovenska Plaza (where you can drink coffee or cocktails and listen music)the closest beach to the hotel, entrance price 20eur. There is a Teatro club at the entrance to the sea. Entrance is free. from the sea to the old town and the shopping center can be reached by walking along the coast for 20-30 minutes. There are beaches and restaurants along the coast.

unfortunately, I booked the room on the last day, and there was no free rooms in the hotel. the room I booked could change at any night.I took it with consent.and the first room given was very nice and had a balcony. I'm sorry that the other room was smaller. There was no balcony and the window didn't open. This was the only thing I didn't like in a very nice vacation. If you want to have a comfortable rest, definitely choose a room with a balcony

Hotel Diplomat is a really lovely hotel. We stayed for a week. All staff we met (reception, catering, cleaning, etc) were super friendly and professional. The staff at reception were exceptional and always helpful with any question we had. Rooms were really comfortable and kept super clean, breakfast was really nice, and the rooftop pool is a nice touch as well! The hotel is well located, you can walk about 15 minutes to the beach, a slightly longer but nice walk along the seaside to Old Budva, and you are close to some really nice restaurants. The street by which the hotel is located can get quite busy at times - but it's not a big problem, plus the windows are well insulated so you don't hear much if you close them. We would 200% recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Budva.

The staff was excellent, very helpful, polite and informative. The room was modern and comfortable, the rooftop pool was a nice touch. Breakfast had a nice selection of food and was well attended to by staff. We had to leave very early on our check out date and the staff went the extra mile to give us a little breakfast bag to take with us.

If we really had to find something, it's a slight walk from the old town but still close to the amenities and there was a green light on the aircon that could not be turned off and was quite bright in the night.

We stayed at Hotel Diplomat for a week and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a city view. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel also has a seasonal outdoor pool, which was very refreshing and relaxing. I would highly recommend Hotel Diplomat to anyone looking for a quality accommodation in Budva. It is a 4-star hotel with a 5-star service!
