Cleanliness, room size, pool, breakfast, spa, smart tv

City view room that I paid for doesn’t have any view. It looks onto the wall of another building. But the room is sold as a room with a view. It’s a luck of draw if you get the rooms looking onto the wall. These are the room numbers 115, 215, 315, 415, 515, 615.

As I was looking for a hotel to stay in Budva, I was a bit skeptical about this property based on some of the negative reviews. But since it overall had a high score, I decided to take a “risk”. That was the best decision I could have made! The hotel is new, top-notch property where attention was paid to the smallest details. Spaces, including common areas are all designed to the highest standards. The room was spacious, with quality furniture and the best matrass I have slept on in a long time. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both the room and the bathroom – and the hotel overall were spotlessly clean! The restaurants and food excellent – starting from the wide choice of food to the quality of preparation. Really splendid! The rooftop swimming pool deserves a few specially dedicated words: fantastic view – arguably the best in Budva!, well maintained area with a clean spacious pool. I read some complaints from guests about the use of towels, which I didn’t experience. Everything was handled professionally and fast and I cannot but praise the hotel how everything functions. The Spa is another of my favorite amenities of this hotel. You must try it! The service is outstanding. The parking is spacious as the hotel has an underground parking. I was surprised to read negative comments about that. It is hard to imagine that anyone would face any problems with parking. On top, the staff is very friendly and available to help even with parking. The downside might be proximity of the beach for those with children. BUT! Anyone who does proper research can assess the place and whether it suits the needs. The hotel is very transparent about what they offer and what they offer is the best you can get. Also, the big/main beach really is only a stroll away from the hotel and certainly not something that would affect the overall score. Finally, as mentioned above – the staff: well trained, professional staff that is there for the guest and at any time.

The hotel was great, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good as well. You definitely should chose this hotel :)

Dinner could be improved, however, in the light of how much (not much) we paid for dinner, it was a good value for money. But in a 5* hotel, I can imagine more and higher quality foods.

The hotel and staff was amazing couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in budva, the hotel was such a lovely place to spend our holiday. All the staff worked so hard to make our holiday one to remember for ever. The spa treatments and rooftop infinity pool where exceptional and a special thank you to George the reservation manager who was so approachable and helpful with his local knowledge of the area in pointing us in the right direction this was very much appreciated.

Having to come home

Very nice hotel with great service and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious. The hotel has a great Spa with very professional staff. Great breakfast

Buffet dinner - a wide variety of dishes but food was mostly luke warm and over cooked.

The welcoming in reception was wherry much present and the receptionist was very polity and helpful! Swimming poll on the roof and the room was perfect!

Charging for drinks A LOT in dinner not offering even top water! I just see some scene!

The hotel was incredible… the staff were exceptional, always going out of their way and serving with a smile. The rooftop pool area is stunning and the food served up there delicious. They often had musicians playing (singers and DJ) in the evening which was a great asset. The location was perfect as we were a short walk to the beach and next door was an amazing restaurant called La Crème (which you must visit if you travel here). The sea view room we stayed in was beautiful and the balcony had a gorgeous view, the rooms were finished to a high standard and were very comfortable. Over all it was an amazing stay and I would go back in a heartbeat.

No changes to breakfast for 8 days, same will get boring. Charge us for something in the top bar without My sign, someone elses sign.. Need to reclaim, i have the receipt, only 20 euro but still wrong and needs my input and time…….. Kitchen needs some teaching/improvement, top bar food was 6/10.. kind of bad.

Hotel location is great, the rooms are beautiful. Most staff were very friendly and helpful, Suzanna at reception especially. The spa was fabulous, we got a great deal on our massages and well worth it. Breakfast in the mornings was excellent, very well organised and a fantastic range of food.

As we booked in early April the hotel pool wasn't open, not sure we would have booked had we known this. Dinner wasn't great in the hotel. Although there was a room service menu, when we rang for room service, we were told it was unavailable. A few small hiccups, that could be easily sorted.

Amazing!!! staff super friendly and helpful, beautiful views, super comfy bed, great choices at breakfast We stayed for our honeymoon and the hotel provided us with a bottle of bubbly and a fruit platter which was super thoughtful! would definitely stay again :) we were asked for feedback half way through our stay and we mentioned there was no hooks in our bathroom to hang towels, came back to our room a couple of hours later and a handyman was installing hooks - amazing!

everything is more or less great - just some little tweaks: more hangers in the wardrobe, more hooks in bathroom/entrance of room, balcony only had one chair for a two person room. these are all super minor things and didn't affect the overall quality of our stay Visited the hotel spa one day and had a treatment package which was lovely. however, as I was laying in the relaxing room with a face mask on at the end of the treatment, the spa manager (?) came in and started basically upselling me other packages. this did take away from the otherwise relaxing treatment. the same person also came up to me in the pool area a couple of days later to do the same thing. as I only wanted one relaxing treatment package, this constant upselling did make me uncomfortable
