The hotel was new and well-designed. The room was clean and fresh, with a comfortable bed. It had a coffee machine, a small fridge, and a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had to leave early, they kindly prepared a lunch box for us. You can order food to your room from the restaurant. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of items to choose from. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. Additionally, they provided a beach pass for every day, which was a nice and thoughtful touch.

The bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for hanging robes or towels. After taking a shower, the water didn’t drain properly, leading to water spreading throughout the bathroom. Doing laundry was tricky and expensive because they charged per item, which wasn’t clearly explained on the information sheet. This resulted in an unexpected bill of 135 euros. After discussing it with the helpful manager, we received a discount and paid 88.5 euros. While still pricey, the manager acknowledged the need for clearer information. We also had a couples massage at the spa, which was just okay and didn’t offer much.

The room was spacious, very nice pool and bar on the roof. Close to all amenities, really accross the street from beach. Nice restaurant and hypermarket just next to hotel.

Remote control did not work. Despite our request twice on reception, it was not fixed. We had to request wardrobes twice to get them. But so far I must say, that the hotel is beautiful , but they need to be quicker in solving issues if they really want to deliver 5* standard.

Buatiful hotel, big rooms, grate brekfast, the stuff was very friendly and welcoming, nice indore pool, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The water temperature in the indoor pool was cold, only 27 degrees. The spa facilities was extra charge, we expected from Booking to mention that on the hotel site.

Nice, clean hotel. Walkable to old town and the beach. The view from the pool was beautiful and has it's own parking lot and the staff was very helpful and polite. Great value for the money.

The rooms were spacious and modern. Loved the firm mattress as that suited our preference. The swimming pool on the top floor and the view from there were just amazing. The staff at the reception, especially Nikolina, in the breakfast hall, especially Mirlo and in the restaurant on ground floor were all outstanding. We had some specific requests as we were travelling with an infant and they were always very accommodating. It was very easy to rent a car from their partner supplier Milos as well.

The only inconvenient thing is that even though there’s a thermostat in the room, the ac temperature and on/off is operated by the reception!

This is a wonderful hotel that meets the stated level. The interior and exterior are thought out to the smallest details. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help. Rooms are well-equipped. Cleaning is carried out regularly and thoroughly. Buffet breakfast is fresh and decent. To reach the beach, you have to cross the road and walk about 100 meters along the promenade. At the beach, the hotel provides towels, loungers, and umbrellas. The hotel’s spot at the beach is called Timeout, and I think it’s the best location on Slovenska Plaza, with a clean sea and fewer people. I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant with its local cuisine.

There was no porridge for breakfast. There was muesli, but I missed having porridge. Overall, the hotel is perfect, and it’s hard to think of anything negative.

The welcome from staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful everyday and night. Could not have been happier. The room was lovely, spacious with views out to across whole of Budva. The balconies never felt encroaching on others, felt private even though right on to a roundabout! So quiet with the doors closed too. Loved the bathroom, rituals soaps were lovely. The house cleaning and room service team were phenomenal so helpful and friendly, we got chatting everyday was so nice.

Noisy as next to a main roundabout and weird drumming happening constantly from the football / volleyball pitch nearby that was always full of teens, but the hotel itself, the room and facilities were outstanding

The hotel and staff absolutely exceeded expectations, they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is new and well maintained and the pool area has to be the highlight, you can see the entire town and watch the sunset from there.

The property isn’t in the old town and is instead at the entrance to Budva which isn’t as practical but as the town is small it’s very easy to walk around. It’s a great location if you also want to visit Becici.

In general the hotel was ok, spacious and modern room, with street view and a little sea view The room was nice and well decorated. Breakfast was good

I did not like the A/C in the room, was with a central control and during the night was extremly hot and i couldnt control the A/C in the room. Spa was supposed to be open until 10pm but at 7pm, the light were off and there is any keys that could turn them on,sauna was off and after you turn on require at least more tha. 30 min to be ready, after you get it out it was vey cold there. In the pool 5th floor the water wasnt very hot but it was almost cold and out of the pool was extremly hot. The price in minibar are super very high expensive.
