The location was very nice. The staff were always carring and helping. The room was spacious and cozy furnished and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom with the shower including massage shower and radio was nice. The spa was perfect after the work. I liked also the tasty breakfests with fine variety of selection. I liked also the time of serving breakfest which was from 7 a.m.

I found only some insignificant shortcommings. The lock of the door to the room was unusually slow. The doors of the shower would need some maintenance for the correct functioning. The shower head would be fine to clean from water stone more often.

The location was perfect for me. The receptionits were always helpful. I liked varied breakfest offer starting ať 7 a.m. All the room was spacious including bathroom. Beside minibar it was possible to put own beverages to the fridge. Again I liked the possibility to use wellness

It would be nice to check time to time shower heads and clean them from stone. Unfortunately closing the doors from outside of the room makes a lot of noise what is unpleasant in the early morning... Taking into account the adjacent rooms.

Great location. Spa was amazing, beautiful pool and had a great massage. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful, apart from the last day.

On the day of checkout, another guest was given a key to my room and let herself in while I was getting dressed. The Reception staff didn't provide a reasonable explanation and I didn't receive an apology upon checking out. In fact, while waiting to check out, the receptionist attended to another guest who turned up while we were already waiting.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We are celebrating our anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a note with a beautiful message. The room turned out to be a very comfortable apartment for us equipped with a fridge, stove, dishes and everything necessary. The apartment is very clean and safe. The comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly, warm and professional. I want to recognize and thank all the staff for her generosity, especially Aleksandra Filipović for all her attention. I also want to say that Podgorica is a very nice and safe city with very friendly people.

It is in the city centre close to all attractions of Podgorica. I did not use the spa, but it looked very inviting. The room had everything you needed.

It was too noisy for me as there were parties going on in the whole area. All restaurants around played music. Many people in the street and in the hallway I also heard some party people. I could not sleep.

The room was so huge and comfortable, nice leather couch, good beds (with soft mattresses, for me it's ok though) and two pillows on each bed which is great, usually it's only one pillow in other 4 star hotels where I have been before. Then, the breakfast is awesome, a lot of pastry!! Fruits, vegetables, cheeses, the variety was much better than in other 4star hotels. Also I tried the SPA section, unfortunately exactly at the time when we were living there, the swimming pool was being cleaned so we couldn't use it. But there is also a beautiful sauna, jacuzzi, garden area for sunbathing, and also I ordered a massage and it was also brilliant, the lady was a professional, she was nice and polite. Also all the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. And the hall when you enter the hotel smells also fantastic.

I found some hairs in the shower cabin before I entered it for the first time, so it wasn't cleaned well. The shampoo doesn't get bubbly when washing the hair, and the amount is too small for two people living there for 2 days. We asked for cleaning when we were outside, I was just curious if they will give us new bottles, but no, the did not. We had a small bad quality shampoo bottle and one small shower gel bottle AND TWO body lotions. Lord, why? Please provide your guests rather with more shampoo and shower gel instead. And the wall outlet doesn't look safe and is about to fall out (bathroom in room 303, you're welcome). I hope they will fix it, but yeah otherwise everything was great

Hotel was really neat and the location is great, in the centre but in a no-traffic zone so it was pretty quiet. The restaurants and coffee shops are nearby as well. The pool was great and the staff was really nice and helpful. Beds were quite comfortable and the lounge area in the room was pretty nice. Balcony area is also nice but the view is terrible. Breakfast was great!!

There is NO free parking. If you want it, you need to contact them before the trip and they'll MAYBE be able to get you a spot. Otherwise, the nearest parking is €0,40 for an hour. The spa center wasn't fully functional (salt room didn't work so check in advance).

The location is good - Podgorica is small, so you are never far from everything anyway. The room was large, and had a sofa too. It was a studio apartment, although we hadn't planned to cook anything - there were no pans or cutlery, and only one plate anyway. The breakfast was fine - a buffet with plenty of choice, and seemed fresh. There is a pool and spa, but we didn't make use of them so can't comment on those.

The building was nice enough, but it did feel like we were the only guests (there were others, we saw some at breakfast). It seemed rather empty. The décor was reminiscent of the 1980s, although it seemed fairly recently done. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter - it was rather gloomy - and you need to switch the water heater on in order to have hot water in the shower, which I have never come across before.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We was leaving at 5.30am and they made us a breakfast bag and ordered a taxi for us. We booked the spa area and had it all to ourselves for a hour. It was an exceptional spa area and very relaxing. The location is in the city center, so there was everything right next door.

Can not fault it really. Just the walls are a bit thin, so I got woke up when someone was moving a chair, but no big deal

The hotel is in an ideal central location, and just around the corner from a popular walkway with bars and live music. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel spa was also very good.

Despite requesting a quiet room, I could still hear the nearby music and revelries late into the night - but this was not the hotel's fault! (the great location more than made up for the little bit of weekend noise I could hear).
