The room is quite clean. Perfect balcony with amazing sea view. Quite a comfortable room. Perfect location in Dobrota. The staff was quite polite and welcoming.

The restaurant was still closed :( Once they open is going to turn to the perfect place to stay in Dobrota. They should provide tea and coffee in the kitchen as guests welcome. That's always necessary, especially when there are holidays and all the market are closed. Expecting from owners to be more available to the guests. The TV cable channels were not working in our room. The place has great potential to grow into a high-end place to stay.

Location is a winner. You get out from your apartment, cross the road and you are on the private beach. The owners are welcoming and attentive.

We booked 2 apartments. A studio on the first floor and a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The one bedroom apartment had a strange smell in the bedroom so we had to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. The owners put an electric fan/filter to solve the issue but we stayed in the living room. The studio apartment was perfect. The in-house restaurant isn't running yet so eat outside or prepare your own food.

We liked everything about the property, it was perfect for the two of us. The location is ideal, a lovely (easy) walk to the old town, but in a stunning, peaceful location. Loads of places to sit by the water, and there’s a beach bar about 5 mins walk away too, which we loved. So glad we stayed in Dobrota and not the old town itself, which was very busy, trafficky and touristy (but still lovely, and well worth a visit). Lots of lovely waterside bars and restaurants nearby and a shop within 5 mins walk (away from the old town). The staff are lovely, helpful and responsive.

The glass in one of the patio doors has blown, which obstructed the spectacular view from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Lovely clean and large studio apartment. All very comfortable. And the balcony was great, with the gorgeous view that I had been wanting. Also loved the private jetty and swim spot outside. Credit to the young man who was always on hand, working hard and being helpful.

It's an amazing location in beautiful Dobrota. But be mindful it's a 40 minute (flat) walk to Kotor Old Town. Also 15 mins from a restaurant or shop. But those restaurants were great.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Couldn't have been more genuinely helpful. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Location and view from balcony would be hard to beat. Parking right outside.

Only criticism (and hard to think of any) was the kitchen only had 2 rings to cook on (no microwave), and was a little sparse on crockery etc. However, wasn't really a 'problem' and almost nit picking.

A beautiful clean and spacious apt, with a great balcony overlooking the bay just 3.6 km from Kotor, in the quiet town of Dobrota, We strolled to Kotor and back and enjoyed every moment of i!. The host was nice and welcoming . Highly recommended for those who look for a peaceful and beautiful place outside of where the hassle is.

The view was amazing, the host very caring and ready to help at any time of day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything you need is there for you. Area is very quiet and relaxing.

Location is driving distance to shops or restaurants but worth it for the peaceful location.

It was ideal for kids who love diving into water, but shallow beaches are also close by. The view was fantastic. The hosts are warm and lovely and very helpful. It was a great addition that the balconies of the two adjacent rooms could be opened into one big space.

Prepare for mosquitoes.

Such a pleasant owners of the place. More than helpful and always willing to do extra step to makes us feel comfortable. Half way through our stay they came and cleaned entire apartment for us.
