Everything was almost perfect. The personnel were helpful and top-notch ; Chorouk from guest relations. Zakaria , Hafsa, Hani, Omaima from the front desk. Fatna, kenza, Najat from housekeeping. Ridwan, Al-Mehdi, Amine from the concierge. Sorry if i forgot some names, but the whole team is amazingly professional. The hotel is surrounded by the sea, the mall, and a lot of Cafés and restaurants.

I wish they could add to the breakfast menu some more choices.

Location, comfort, cleanness, and above all, the professional wonderful staff; namely Zakaria, the front office manager , the amazing Hafsa, Omaimah ,the top help Hani. Amine and El-Mehdi from the concierge. Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful, too. In short, this is the place to stay at in Casablanca.

I recently stayed at Pestana Casablanca, Seaside Suites & Residences, and I must commend it for an outstanding experience. The AC unit was broken, I had to call the maintenance team to fix it This is not my job to ask maintenance team to do their job The room must be inspected before the guests arrive. While the room was spacious, the amenities supplied were not as good (or enough) as on standard similar hotels On the morning breakfast buffet, it was basic, I was surprised that I had to ask for honey every time, I don't know why the management keeps on hiding honey, strange behaviour.

My recent experience at the hotel near the beach in Casablanca was simply exceptional. The staff, both day and night, were incredibly welcoming and smiling, providing impeccable service at all times. Their dedication to making my stay as comfortable as possible did not go unnoticed. Their professionalism and kindness truly added to the overall experience. The hotel was in an excellent location right by the beach and next to Anfa Mall which had a great selection of restaurants and shops. The pool was a good size and in stunning grounds. It was nice and quiet but also perfect for families with children. The rooms were cleaned to an exceptional standard every day and the staff were all so kind and courteous.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there were only 3 sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel. The pool should definitely have sun loungers all around and spares in case more are needed by the hotel guests. The evenings were also a bit loud on the ground floor rooms near the pool due to the entertainment in the hotel next door, however the moment I mentioned this I was moved to a beautiful ocean view room which was peaceful and quiet at night.

The location was excellent..The breakfast definitely need improvement..The fruit and yogurts weren't cold..served warm because there was NO Ice underneath..you could add other items and take off some...the espresso machine IA a great addition...keep up the good job..Couldn't say enough about the stuff. SIMPLY just amazing..

Pay more attention to breakfas..needs improvement..And please serve cold items cold NOT warm..For instance yogurt sat out there for more than 3 hours with NO ice

I like that it was clean and modern and very comfortable. The room was spacious. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the beach location and having the swimming pool

Quite a few things in the room didn’t work. We had noisy people next door. We had to move rooms because I booked a room with 1 king bed though I asked for 2 separate beds in an additional message but when we arrived it was 1 large bed. So had to move the next day. However they helped us and were very nice about it

It was a wonderful hotel I like each thing about the room was fantastic specially the decoration for our room was made it special for us and manager chorok was there in every moments if we need something was very kind of her and all the staff from up to down was very professional and smiling you feel your self you are in your own home and the breakfast was very delicious and anything you want is there .

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday around same time which I like .i really enjoyed the beach view very relaxing and the hotel is very close to the beach and mall 4 min walking .i had a wonderful experience i would highly recommend .i would like to thanks the 2 girls at the front desk were very friendly and made sure everything was good during my stay they re very professional .the stuff went all out to make us comfortable thank you .
