Lovely rooftop pool. Great service and extremely caring and friendly staff (from the concierge, to housekeeping, staff at breakfast, to room service to reception). Everyone was so kind and helpful. They made the experience that much better even though it was Ramadan. We thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay here. All the locations we could visit were within a short distance of the hotel, which was perfect.

There was nothing i didn't like. I liked everything. Just a few comments. It was a shame the spa massage was closed due to Ramadan. We didn't realise. However, we totally respect and understand the reasons for this. Would be great to have more of a variety on the meal options for room service and breakfast. A map of recommendations of places to visit within the area would have made the experience even better

Beautiful place to stay, beautiful room, everything is great. The room is so spacious and lovely, bed is huge, and I could see the sea from my room. It's a 5 star hotel as if you book at the Hilton or 4 seasons. Several restaurants on-site as well as a spa, and excellent complimentary breakfast. Staff were wonderful and I was happy in this area of town. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area and within walking distance of Hassan II mosque if you don't mind to have a bit of exercise. Excellent choice of place to stay. You absolutely get what you pay for.

Property os very good and best location for us as there are many close by cafes and restaurants and its family friendly. At Check in time very friendly female staff didnt see her name as no name tag as well concierge service is perfect

No international breakfast only europe and Mediterranean, to order at RS takes forever to come at Checkout there was an old gentleman no response at all will give it 0 checkout experience, room clean but still not 100% clean

The Staff were extremely hospitable, I would especially like to single out Younis at the Reception. He was very welcoming and helped us out quite a lot. 5 stars just for him!

I would really have to be nitpicking here, so I guess I'll say the shower needs some updating. It was quite old and let down the overall quality of The Ambassador Suite in which we stayed.

The hotel is very well situated. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and specious. Breakfast offers very wide variety of foods.

We stayed on the top floor, where you can hear the air-conditioning machines located above, but it is understandable with the climate. But hotel staff was very accommodating and offered to us immediate change of the room.

First off Imane and Youssef at the front desk and Hamza at the door were most helpful with everything! Very professional and welcoming, could not have asked for more! Great hotel for its value. Very clean rooms, shower has good hot water pressure and the bed was comfortable. We came with our 1 year old and it was more than enough space for him to run around! The hotel is very well situated we went shopping at Zara and H&M close by! Although the coffee downstairs is a little pricey it was delicious. Must insist again that the staff is NUMBER 1. Recommend this Hotel 100%

Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Could work in the room thanks to good soundproofing.

The water boiler was not near a electric stick. There was no alternative milk. That should be a must in all hotels now. the swimming pool was not functioning.

Location is in the centre which is very good. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Internet speed is good. Rooms are spacious.

Fridge is empty. No soft beverages. No toothpaste toothbrush. Carpets are dirty. Rooms are not sound proof.

everything was just excellent. the staff was very kind and professional. The room was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the view very much as I was given a high floor room. the hotel is located in the very heart of Casablanca so it’s very close to everything (shops, mall, restaurants, etc…). I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Casablanca.

Perfect location close to many landmarks in Casablanca. Upscale neighborhood with good shops, cafes and restaurants. Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful. Also, love the Illy Cafe in the lobby for good coffee and desserts.

rooms are a bit old and could use an upgrade, but overall very clean and comfortable.
